I contacted corporate and they were able to provide me with credits due to the incompetency of the staff at this place. Um. What? Nowhere in the commercial did it say anything about plans! Nor did 'J' mention me having to upgrade my plan. And to say I was eligible meant he had to check my plan. I was told by one of the 611 agents, "That's why you call customer service". I did!! I've now called 611 four more times and I get the same answer. Seems like T-Mobile doesn't want to honor what their employee discussed with me, that the promotion I saw on TV doesn't apply with the plan I have even though the first person I spoke to ('J') said I qualified, after he checked my plan, for the $800 credit. They don't want to give me what their customer service person said I was entitled to. One thing about me is I take notes!! Times, dates, people I talk with, how long on the call, and what they said! I'm a note taker. A supervisor at T-Mobile gave a $50 credit on my account. I told him it should be an $800 credit as that's what 'J' said my credit towards a new phone was, verified and approved! After today's calls, I'm convinced T-Mobile is unwilling to make this right. How they have treated me is dreadful. I believe they're trying to make me out to be the bad guy. I'm not.
