She took it home and the phone was overheating and the screen was very dark. We went back the next day, and this guy refused any type of replacement screen or a refund. He claimed that that she needed a more expensive screen for an iPhone, but apparently they did not have it or I'm sure he would've been happy to charge her even more. Now we are disputing the charge with the bank... even his phone cases look like they're from SHEIN or Temu! ;(.
