(Store on Northwestern Hwy in Southfield). I brought in two large pieces of art to be shipped and specifically requested bubble wrap. When the boxes arrived, there was only a single sheet of bubble wrap used between both packages. Both pieces of art arrived damaged. The store filed a claim for one package but not the other. Despite multiple calls from the recipient asking about the second claim, no one ever called back. I also called the owner directly and left a message, but this is still not resolved. When I went in personally to ask for the owner, one of the counter employees was rude from the start instead of trying to help. This store showed poor packing practices, poor follow-up, and poor customer service. I would strongly caution others against trusting them with valuable or fragile items. read more

I would rate the service at this location a negative. My wife and I shipped some personal items from Southfield to Arizona and requested to have the items bubble wrapped and put into a more sturdy shipping box, neither of which happened. When the items arrived at our home broken and not properly bubble wrapped as we paid for. Dissatisfied is an understatement. These were personal items that belonged to my mother who had just passed days earlier. Giving this location a rating of one is far to generous. I only gave them a one because I had to give a rating of at a one. However, Yelp should consider adjusting their ratings to reflect more accurately poor customer service. Last minute gift drop-off. Having an account with UPS helps. Printed off a Pre-paid address label, this helps avoid the line. Was open today until 5pm on Christmas Eve day. Had one staff members just collecting pre-paid packages and 3 of us were in and out in less than a minute. About 5-6 folks in line for services. read more

We just received an order we placed from Amazon and, as sometimes happens, it was the wrong color. We went to Amazon.com and quickly found the returns link and followed the instructions that quickly sent us a return code and instructed us to locate a nearby UPS Store. It noted we could just take the item to that store and they would package the return, print and apply the address label, and return the item to Amazon. I was in and out of UPS in about 5 minutes. Dropped an item off to packed and shipped. I was charged for a box, packing service, and bubble wrap. When the package arrived at the recipient's place, it was clear that a smaller, cheaper box had been used and there was no bubble wrap or padding inside at all. Basically they failed to provide the service I paid for. Brought this up to the clerk and information was taken down but no follow up happened. I can't trust employees or management at this location anymore and will take my business elsewhere from now on. read more

Dont get posters or banners printed here, always wrong and the staff is generally rude and unhelpful (plus it's overpriced). if you have to use this location, get absolutely everything in writing. also very slow, it doesn't take DAYS to run a print through the plotter. just laziness. go elsewhere. read more

I went here to drop off some packages to be shipped. Everything was already boxed up and put together and ready to send, I simply just needed to drop them off. I walked in and was immediately greeted. The young lady asked how she could help, I explained what I needed and she did not hesitate to assist me. Her service alone was great. I drive 45 minutes to come to this UPS store specifically for their service and attention to detail! They're under new ownership and I am more than happy with them. I use them for my PO Box, business package shipments and printing services. Whatever I need they make it happen. They haven't let me down and are worth the drive! read more

Local driver never rings the bell, just leaves a note saying pick the package up at the store. But it's Friday so since they don't transport packages on weekends my package is trapped on a truck till Monday. I've never had a good experience with this store. read more
