Went to return a package from Amazon. Never returned a package before and didn't know I needed to have the code up on my phone! Instead of the African American lady at the shipping desk helping me, she chose to pass me up and go to the next person and had an attitude about it because I didn't have a code up on my phone. If she can't handle customer service perhaps she should not be working behind the counter for customers. Very unprofessional lady she needs to learn manners and not be rude to people. And foremost it's the customers that keeps us business open. read more

I don't go to this location often but when I do, employees are friendly and knowledgeable. I used a Groupon to order Christmas cards for my parents. There was a snafu with my email so I called to confirm they received the order, to which they did and let me know what time it would be ready by. Same-day printing is AMAZINGLY helpful. The customer service at the Amazon return desk is outstanding. I always get great customer service when I go in to drop something off.

Some of the staff working the Amazon return area are extremely rude. They ignore you when you walk up, huff and puff about doing a return, roll their eyes, have an attitude, and generally act like they hate their job and despise you for coming in. One lady refused to do a return saying it was "too late" for the return window, came back another day and it returned just fine with someone else. They also act like you have some contagious disease and refuse to touch the items unless they're in a bag or box. If not, they make you put them in the bags yourself. Just generally some unhappy people behind that counter. read more

I wanted to use the scan/email service, which I use there often, however this time my card would not work. I let the associate know and she immediately frowned at me and became visibly agitated. After she bypassed the payment part which would allow me to pay at a register she explained how to pay and said I am in the middle of a consultation. While scanning my documents the machine rebooted and a message displayed said it may take 10-15 minutes. Once it restarted the machine asked for payment again. I did not want to bother the associate again. Because she was already agitated. I tried my card again it did not work. I went over and told the associate what happened she was visibly annoyed and reset the machine and stormed off. Very rude and unprofessional. It was not my fault the machine rebooted. I will be sure to go elsewhere even though I live in Bloomfield it is not worth it! read more

The staff has always been polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. And items that are not carried in the store but available on line can be ordered for delivery to a store for pickup if desired. read more

If you need pens and paper, go to this store. DONT go to this store if you need tech advice or need to think about a printer or scanner or other high end purchase. A printer I wanted was out of stock, and the salesman talked me into a lower end and worse printer. When I discovered the scanner sucked (HP 8025e) and I tried to return it, they didnt allow me to because I was 6 days beyond the return policy of 30 days (I wasnt using the scanner earlier so I didn't know it sucked). Lesson learned, but Staples is not the place to go for technical support or solutions. read more

There is no item that this store could sell that could make it worth the unpleasant shopping experience, Every purchase and return seems to be a complex and time-consuming ordeal during which the manager cannot even manage to be polite. I called ahead to check the price for self printing and was quoted 11 cents. When I arrived the staff at the print center told me to use any machine, but failed to mention the price differences between the machines. There weren't any signs posted anywhere. I expected to pay around $3.00 for my 27 sheets (black and white ink on plain paper) BUT I ended up paying nearly $20 since the machine I was using charged 50 cents per sheet & 30 cents per minute (the computer was super slow)! When I asked for assistance the manager pretty much said oh well you already paid for it. Horrible customer service and a total rip off! Never spending money with Staples again!! read more

The printing employee staff Teryn was so helpful and friendly! The only down side is you can't pick up your engineering drawings on the same day, since the location is pretty busy. I've been to many staples before and this has been the most efficient one. They get the job done, fair pricing and let you check the quality before you pay. read more
