Welp, I stopped coming here for a few years because of a bad experience I had and because I found out this is a 3rd party t-mobile. After a few years I figured I'd give them another shot, big mistake. Here's what happened. I go into the store to update a sim card for a phone I bought for my son. Waited in line for about 20 min. I already had an extra line, the phone and a new sim card. I simply needed the rep to input my sim card number for the line I needed (update my sim card) The lady sales rep tells me that I "only" need to pay a $35 activation fee and I'll get a new phone number because the line I have has gone "dormant"...What? I told her, sarcastically, so that line is unusable? "Yes, exactly so you'll get a new number and only have to pay a $35 activation fee". I said no, I'm not doing that because that means I'm adding a new line and that's not what I came in for. The rep says, no you're not adding a new line, you're just swapping the phone number. Which is not true because then, I wouldn't have to pay a $35 "activation fee" . So I walked out and regretted even attempting to give them another shot. Mind you, I used to work for tmobile, so I'm familiar with the simplicity of updating a sim card. It would've taken less than 5 min. She just wanted to get a new line out of me which wasn't going to happen. I drove to the T-Mobile on Mcdowell rd and Estrella Pkwy (corporate store) and WOW. What a difference in service. Turns out, all they needed to do was input the number on my sim card number for the line I wanted to activate my new phone under. Who would've thought?! And they waived the $10 charge for the sim card because of the trouble this store on Watson rd gave me. I was in n out in 10 min. Needless to say, avoid this tmobile on Watson rd. They'll just try to find ways to get new lines, accessories, or anything else to benefit themselves at the expense of the customer even with the most simplistic requests. read more

I'm still not understanding why he's not management yet because from what you see in here in the store, the current management and some of the workers clearly don't know what they're doing. They never answer their phones. I've called them multiple times and even had a T-Mobile Rep call them for me. She called them 4 times and told me they should answer since it shows that T-Mobile is calling them but still no luck. Do better! read more

DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to be scammed. This is not a real T-Mobile. If you do decide to go here, do yourself a favor and DO NOT listen to them regarding any promos such as adding new lines for "free" phones. Your bill will end up MUCH higher than they say. They will pretend to fix it, but within 24 hours the bill will revert back to a higher price. They will also LIE about restocking fees if you decide to return something. Chances are, they will charge you more than they are supposed to even if you tell them that you know what the restocking fee is supposed to be and the information came from T-Mobile themselves. They will tell you NOT to call the real T-Mobile. They will also say you have 30 days to return items, which is NOT true. Waiting 30 days will get you stuck in a situation you do not want to be in. Returns need to be made to the store in 14 days. I called the real T-Mobile and they took off every extra line I have been tricked into and fixed my bill completely. The customer service at T-mobile seems to be consistently crappy. Even as a tech savvy individual (way more knowledgeable than them but going in with a humble attitude ready to accept help and advice if they offer it) I was treated as if I was annoying them by QUICKLY explaining the problem. You seem to say one sentence and these employees are already rushing you out the door, annoyed youre even there. It was the case at this location where I picked up my phone and the one I ordered my phone from, and I also saw them being that way with other customers, so it's not just me. For example they did not even tell me at the first location that the phone they ordered was going to be refurbished not new, and when I was surprised by this at this Watson location they acted as if I should have known, when there was no indications of that from the salesperson or the very limited paperwork/messages I received. All around an unsatisfactory experience that made me wonder who was paying who and what makes these clowns think they are smarter and that their time is more important than their customers. Even if they were the customers some of these attitudes would have been "over the top" and left me STILL thinking "what is their problem?!" read more

I was in the store looking at the iPhone's and a store worker calls me over and says "I can help you over here" ...all the way on the other side of the store. She is using a portable iPad, I was just surprised at the customer service. Never looks at me when talking to me, only looks at the iPad. But it's whatever to me at the moment. While she's helping me, she asks a manager for help. They start talking about their personal life for quite some time. I have to wait til they are done with their personal conversation about friends before I can start telling them my information and reason for coming. Now I realize they have zero customer service quality. They didn't have what I wanted anyways, so I was glad to get out of there. The worst type of workers I've encountered. read more

The moral of the story is: don't shop here because they're not a corporate store. I went to upgrade my iPhone XR to a XS Max and suddenly a manager was involved, I'm asked if I'd previously been to a corporately owned location... here's the deal, I happened to know that the store I'd been to was corporate just because when I first walked in there (in fact, I even wrote a glowing review), I was approached by a really cool team member with whom I developed a great rapport. It was in the course of our conversation that she told me she'd transferred from another state and was grateful she worked for a corporate store which afforded her the opportunity to do so. I even asked, oh, so this is a corporately owned store, and proceeded to express my opinion how much better corporate ANYTHING is better than franchise. Well, here I am, writing this review because someone at a franchise store told me I couldn't upgrade my iPhone XR to a XS Max because I'd have to have it at least three months... here's the deal, I pay for the T-Mobile jump on demand which says 5 upgrades a year. I called him out on that because essentially if T-Mobile is saying five upgrades a year, that's on me to manage; moreover, if we're going to apply this nonsense of waiting a total of three months to upgrade from the last time I upgraded, then T-Mobile would need to move to a calendar with 15 months. Think: Wronguary, Notgonnahappenuary, and Badmathuary. Basically, come to this store if you like being told no by exceptionally friendly people, but if you want to walk away happy, go to a corporately owned T-Mobile. Hint: Thomas and 44th St. (the 45 minute drive will be worth it, trust me). read more

Came in this morning horrible customer service felt like I was waiting hours to be helped. No one seem to care how slow they were moving. I drove all the way from Tonopah to get help. The gentleman told me I was going to have to go to a corporate store to have something I need it done that customer Service told me I could complete, when I came to the corporate store in McDowell they told me and informed me that the store was able to do the rebate for trading at their location. The gentleman seemed to not care and continue to help everybody else but me I asked for a manager the manager never came out, completely disregarded any help towards me. I don't know if it was because I was gay, but I completely felt , as if I was not even being helped or even notice I would never be back here again you're lazy you don't seem to wanna help anybody it took you two people to set up an account. Unacceptable. Seem to be on drugs and just took forever to help customers I worked in custom service the service was slow. Just now. 1:00PM Monday 18th. Watch your camera feed, TMobile... as a customer, I'm completely disgusted. I didn't even get to the door...because a kid was rubbing his face and licking the glass door and window. While his mom was inside with her mask on...if you require masks for adults, please offer stricter guidelines for their kids (as small kids likely won't wear them). Or having someone cleaning often. Or standing near the door to open it for customers. This is not a reflection on T-mobile, just the Buckeye store. I went in to upgrade my phone. I should of been able to do this with little change to my monthly bill. The gentleman who "helped" me ran a con game on me. He added two lines to my plan which i didn't want or need. He insisted that it would not cost me anything more a month because of special promotions. The next day, when i checked my account status on the mobile app, i found that my bill increased over $110 a month! I was furious. Then to add insult to injury, as i was leaving he put a new charger in the bag and said "I even threw a charger in for you." I didn't want nor need another charger but i thought it was free. Guess what? I checked my receipt when i got home and i was charged for the charger. Saturday morning i went to a corporate store and they fixed everything for me. Seriously if I can give this store no stars I would! I went last Sunday February 16th and they couldn't help me because a phone I have had and been using since December 2019 is not "registered" to my account. I needed a screen protector replaced for free since I have the insurance on it. When went to the back to ask the manager the only option they gave me was I would have to order one and have it shipped to my house and I would have to pay for it! Why do I need to do that when I pay insurance and it's free to replace?! No other option was given. I left upset because they gave no options or helped me to understand why they said that it's not on my account. So I left called customer service and the guy was so helpful and told me that they could have called them. And that it shows I have the phone I have now on the system not the old phone. And that it should have been replaced no problem. That they just didn't want to help me. Horrible customer service! read more

Recently went and purchased a new phone at this location and I have to say I walked in there expecting to be irritated (due to how my day was already going and my last experience at another T-Mobile was awful) BUT everyone was very nice and helpful right off the bat. I believe I worked with Zachary and he was the best, very kind and professional but could see I was having a bad day and took the time to understand my needs while keeping it light and enjoyable. We were changing from AT&T to T-Mobile because we needed unlimited data and the price was right. Come to find out their data in Buckeye is horrendous.. 10 times slower than AT&T. So we took everything back an hour later to be met with rude associates. They also charged us $50 restocking fee for the phone and $50 fee for the free tablet they gave us.. So with tax we were paying $113 for a phone that was promised to have good LTE coverage in this area and that we had a total of 1 hour. Talked to the supervisor who was rude, argumentative and accusative. I should have read the reviews before ever attempting to swap phones with TMobile. If I had I would have seen how bad the customer service was and how horrible the data service is! Never again will I ever deal with T-Mobile no matter what the cost. I switched from at&t. First they said I could keep my phone but as I was walking out the door they ran after me and said I had to trade it in for my new phone. Didn't make any sense. My friend was with me and he wanted to add get a new phone. They were having the buy a new phone get one free with an added line. He didn't want the Added line. The CS rep suspended one line for military deployment. My friend isn't a citizen let alone in the military. Just a bunch of thieves. read more

Worthless if you're a former Sprint customer, they don't want to deal with you. My wife has been here several times and there is always some sort of problem. Tried to upgrade my phone and was told the indicator by the sim card has water damage. Got home to see where the indicator was on you tube and it was not water damaged. I just walked out of this t mobile location in frustration after waiting 15 minutes to be acknowledged by four employees who were doing absolutely nothing! I'm a pretty patient person but there were five employees working - one was helping another customer and the other four....? The two male employees were very engaged with something on a computer screen (could have been work related, I guess although I was taught that customers outrank other work), but the two females were just talking gossip ! Not one of the five even acknowledged my presence with a 'hi' or 'we ll be with you as soon as we can'! I stood there totally invisible to them to the point of awkwardness! I guess I wont be switching to t mobile.....I only selected one star because you cant select zero... One would think that with a ratio of five employees to two customers, the service shoud be pretty good...I'd hate to see what it looks like when they're busy! Seriously? read more

Went to the store for a simple swap out. First visit they told me they couldnt swap it out because they need the Imei. The freaky phone is locked and tech support said it was a software issue and they dont need it. Go back second day and they said, i had to remove the phone from find my iphone. Tech support walked me through to remove it but the store is telling me it isnt removed. No one knows what they're doing! A bunch of kids running a store. I will never go back there. This was the third and final bad experience with this store! If you need a store, go to the Goodyear store. I wish i could give it 1/4 star and thats just for being open! read more

This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a retail location. My family was thinking about switching to T-Mobile from Verizon due to bills steadily increasing while services were steadily decreasing. We visited the store and went through with the credit check. Initially I was told we qualified for no deposit which was great. We had the associate, Yelani, run some pricing numbers for us. It was more than we could afford that day and informed him that we would be back. A few days later we returned and had him run more pricing numbers for us. Once we decided on a good deal we informed him that we would be back in the following day to complete our order as that was pay day. The following day when I returned I was informed that now my credit fell into a different bracket, and I would now have to pay a $400 deposit on top of the other charges. I asked Yelani why that happened and he said if we run your credit more than twice it decreases your credit rating with our credit department. First of all, I know there are other ways to reopen a credit application so he NEVER should have run my credit that many times. Secondly he denied any responsibility for the issue and told me I could come back in 62 days and try again. I then went outside and spent over an hour on the phone with customer care who argued with the credit department for that amount of time trying to have the transactions erased. It was a total of four times that my credit was run within a matter of five days. She was not successful. A few days later, following a very long email to the CEO of the company, my issue was resolved. I did still open an account as I don't believe that what one bad employee does should set the tone of opinion on an entire company. Every other person in customer care I have talked to has been wonderful. I do plan to warn everyone about this particular location and to never do business at this store or with Yelani as he is completely clueless. read more

I went there tonight because I had a replacement phone sent in, when the associate looked at my phone and noticed a small Crack on the back plate her attitude took a turn and she treated me as if I was I was dumb and a complete waste of her time, she threw a torn up piece of paper at me with a number on it and said call this nothing I can do for you. I wasn't even aware of the crazy since I've had a case on the phone since I bought it new. I am very unhappy with the service I got there and her approach to me, definitely does not meet customer service. read more
