I picked out my phone and asked a lot of questions about monthly payments to help me decide which phone to upgrade to. As I was going through the purchasing process I was excited when they told me I had a $500 credit on my account that I could use toward accessories such ear buds, phone case, cords etc... so I picked some items out since this was a "credit". I was informed that the first phone bill would be higher than the normal monthly payments which I understood. Unfortunately my payments stayed the same. My monthly payment for one line ended up being over $160. When I called AT&T (not the store) to see why my payments haven't changed they told me it's because of the accessories I put on my account. I was scammed! Beware of this location or anyone at AT&T who tells you that there is a credit on your account. I paid off my phone and am switching my service.

He just says "I don't know" and "not sure". There is also a young black girl who works in there (don't know name) who just sits scrolling on her phone and rolling her eyes when you walk in. She looks at you as if you are disturbing her by even walking in. There is ZERO desire to help in this store location. My husband and I have gone in a handful of times since moving to the area, and each time they "have no wi-fi", so they can't "do anything to help". After finding out this was a franchise, it made more sense. They are NOT AT&T corporate, so they have no motivation to care. Over a week nobody from HRO called or tried to contact me to secure payment only after I emailed them. First they told the radio didn't exist (but I had called the Orlando store they confirmed the radio was there) then they said some one purchased prior to my buying on the website, then they inplied that they sold the radio from underneath me because I hadn't paid. Well the website clearly states that someone from HRO would contact me to arrange payment THAT NEVER happened. Bottomline, every person I came into contact with including their so-called National Sales Manager tried to dodge accountability and eventually tried to make it somehow my fault.
