Got a new phone, however, kept getting emergency calls only. Went in twice and both times was cold that the Sim card was working. Shot version,went back a third time and told them I wanted a new Sim card and got one then I was accused of getting other cards and told if I kept getting cards I was going to get charged. Tried to explain that this is the first time but of course I was wrong,the customer. The first time I went in I should have gotten a new Sim card. The employees at this store have all been fired and replaced since last year, according to the manager. I recently discovered that an employee from this store lied to me last year and told me I had to buy unnecessary devices for my promotion to work. These guys are fantastic!!! Had an absolutely wonderful experience, straight forward, transparent sales process, and excellent customer service!! I went into the store for help with my old iPhone, thought I lost my contact list. Freaking out. But when I showed up, not only was I greeted by a professional in a respectful manner, the sales rep, Alexander, spent over an hour with me diagnosing my issue (resolved!!!), but he never once tried to sell me on unnecessary gear. Just old fashioned customer service with a smile, no strings attached or commission seeking; I left with ALL of my contacts restored and NO new charges or frivolities! Rating the store here, NOT the service (I use a different carrier). My gf lost her T-Mobile phone a few days ago and needed a replacement. The young man that helped her out was extremely helpful & courteous. The store itself was clean but minus 1 star because all that darn pink was awful looking at after the first few minutes. This store is about a mile from my house, near a Fred Meyer. A few months ago, it changed management as the former manager got poor reviews and apparently was not a people person. From my very recent experience I would not go anywhere else. The present manager, Zach, was simply one of the best managers I have come across. At 85 I have come across a lot of them. My wife and I had just purchased two new iPhone SE's and were having a very difficult time pairing them with our Apple Watches and transferring all data from our obsolete iPhone 7's. Zach must have spent an hour or more getting everything to work. I am so glad I have a T Mobile store I can have absolute faith in. read more

The worst decision I ever made was to move from AT&T. Dropped calls , poor coverage just about everywhere and the list goes on. Most of the time it's 2 bars where we live here in Felida. We were Sprint customers that decided to pivot over to T-Mobile since they bought out the company Not long ago. When we went in to the Salmon Creek store to make the change we were told that there's only one rep on staff that knows how to do that type of change and that he only works there part time. Something just didn't sit right about that, and so we checked with another store. Just as we suspected, we were being LIED to! TMobile continues its assault. I was fooled into thinking they had a shred of ethics. To repeat, I agreed to a FREE trial of their home internet product. It did not work. I returned their device in 3 days, well within the 2 week FREE trial period. Much to my surprise I received a bill for 1 month of service. I complained to the store manager who assured me the bill was generated by mistake and I would not be charged. Now I have a demand for payment accompanied by a threat to turn me over to collection. Where to start... well my girlfriend and I were helped by a sales associate named carter. The kid was extremely unprofessional. He greeted us at our car outside their store for some reason and began using his vaporizer while helping us and used foul language when I had my children present. Besides the lack of professionalism while helping us he also told us our phones had insurance which later we found out they didn't and coincidentally he forgot to give us our screen protectors and phone cases. Was about a 3 hour trip to the store that was a huge headache and I'm sure could have been avoided if the associate helping us was more competent. Infact carter was so incompetent he gave us SIM cards for iPhone 14s that don't even take a SIM card. Fast forward to today I spent 4 hours on the phone with the tech department to resolve our phone plan and transferring our numbers to our new phones. Only plus side about this experience was the gentleman from the tech department that helped us resolve our issues. read more
