The lady manager has no customer service skills. Very cold and dismissive. Refused to refund on a defective iPhone case. She told me not even a Verizon corporate store or Verizon 800 # customer service would tell me anything different. But after I left the store I called Verizon customer service, they gave me a $52 refund credit within 2 minutes. There are many one star reviews buried. If you are looking for an excellent experience with cell phones and plans...you won't find it here. I went to the store because I had dropped my phone into water and needed help recovering contacts and photos. Ronnie "helped" me. I explained what happened and what I needed. He spent the next five minutes telling me all the things he COULDN'T do for me. He checked with another associate and THAT person was incredibly sarcastic and also told me he couldn't help me. He shrugged his shoulders and walked away. I will never patronize this store again. I gathered my phones and went to the Verizon corporate store in Vancouver. The manager of that store not only helped me, but fixed my problem in a very short time. She was courteous and professional; qualities I did not find with the employees at Cellular Plus. I am going to Verizon corporate store tomorrow to buy a new phone. read more

Worst Verizon Experience I've Ever Had. I work in IT for a construction company. The project managers heavily rely on their cell phones. When one is broken, we need it replaced ASAP. In the past I have been able to authorize myself via email or phone. This store manager insisted that she could not help us. Customer service is my job so I understand when policy prevents you from helping, this was not the case. Our conversation was short as she was not willing to help us out. Customer service is slow. Not very helpful with questions. Had them order a gizmo gadget for me because it wouldn't allow me online. They said they would call me when it arrived. According to the shipping it arrived Thursday morning to their store. They didn't call me until Friday afternoon. Will try and avoid this location if possible. read more

Came in for a broken phone and the employee provided no help other than call an 800 number. Instead he wanted to compare my owning a phone to a dishwasher you buy at Sears and that Verizon stores aren't responsible for replacement. If this is how Verizon represents itself through these stores, I'll be changing my carrier. read more

I like the way this store has places to sit. The location had good parking and they sell good accessories. I would recommend this store over the other one for sure. The staff is sometimes a little unprofessional, and they also smoke in front of the building which isn't cool. read more

When I had to buy a new phone they added a protection program onto my bill without asking me and I did not notice it until I got my first bill. Also acted like I got a protective screen for my phone for free and actually put it on my phone himself and I was like oh that's cool it comes with the phone and then at the end of the sale wanted to charge me $30 for it. I said no and that I thought it came with the new phone and he said well we are giving you a discount and I still said no and had them take it off. Also he tried really hard to sell me other accessories when I told him I only wanted the phone. read more

Went into store the other day to try to buy a new charger for an i phone 5. There was one gentleman working there..(28 from Woodland, i learned from listening to very long discussion) there were myself and 2 other people waiting for help. The person working was helping a client, however he appeared to be waiting for her cell phone to charge, didn't look up once or tell anyone he would be right with them... but instead chatted with lady and her family for a good 3O minutes... I finally left! Now i know why businesses don't make it Woodland.. need to work on CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! read more
