One particular employee is not helpful at all and in fact is quite rude when asking for suggestions or help. My mother went in there and usually does and every time that employee (male) is there he is rude and seems bothered that you are there. Walked in a week ago now, guy behind the counter was not happy I walked in. I asked a couple of questions about salt nic juices. And he gave zero explanation of what flavors were. I had AMAZING service from Steve during my initial visit; he truly listened to my needs and did not try to oversell. Unfortunately, I experienced a manufacture defect with the unit I purchased. No need to worry. Kevin (the manager) ensured replacement of the unit and was kind enough to recommend a low-cost replacement (at my request) to tide me over until the next delivery arrived. Viper Vapor is hands-down the best vape shop in the area. Whenever I'm looking for the right vape, atomizer, juice, or whatever, these guys ALWAYS have just what I need. I gave it 1 star because they do have a bigger selection that other places around here. The customer service is generally a 1/10, although Evan is awesome, he's friendly, knowledgeable. The big guy that is there in the evenings is kind of a dick, a snob, even though you wouldn't get snob by just looking at him. He always looks miserable, getting up from his chair seems miserable, speaking seems miserable, making a sale seems miserable. The only time he has a good attitude is when either a vendor or someone higher up is behind the cases. I did once however see him light up when two heavily makeup-ed females were talking to him. Been to this place many times and well have to keep going back as there is no vape shops closer then 45 min drive. But if had choice I would never return!! This place has sold me items that does not go with my vape, full packs of coils that went bad in four days, and the customer service is lacking 75% of time. I go if i absolutley have too the mark up is crazy i can get authentic same vape kits they are selling for 100 for 60 or 65 online like the wismec tinker..my mag...i aslo get the same juices in 10pml bottles they sell for 10 to 15 bucks online and i get to avoid being treated like crap or having shit shoved on me i hate that i think even more than the shit attitudes i get most times is that when i go to buy something i get told oh no one like those maybe you should get this 40 dollar bottle of juice instead like i said i shop online normally i go if my orders taking awhile or absolutley cabt wait for my coils to get here cause really i pay 9 bucks for a box of authentic coils online as opposed to 5 or 6 a piece...i mostly get the miserable crap attitude from the big guy with the beard at the kelso shop evam the guy with glasses is always cool though and theres another guy who works at kelso i dont care for so like i said yea they might have a great selection maybe they should apply that great selection to their customer service and employees as well read more
