They accidentally tore the wire to the facial ID camera. My fiancé goes to pick up her phone and they feed her with lies on why her facial ID doesn't work. "It's normal" & "that's what happens". Then they try to charge the full amount to fix the back camera. We refused to pay the full amount as they didn't fix the phone, but made it worse. We paid $60. Follow up to the next day: He calls my fiancé on his personal phone to tell her he lied about why the camera wasn't working. He admits to accidentally tearing the wire and that's why the camera won't work. He then offers to refund the $60 out of his pocket. He then proceeds to tell us he can fix the front camera but he's going to charge us $190. HE BROKE THE FRONT CAMERA. Why are we being charged to fix the phone HE BROKE. I've been solely on Mac since then, but there just isn't a Mac-CADD Application that comes close to the value and ease of use of Visual CADD. Gareld was able to revive my Windows machine in one day. This was a non-trivial task. After first running a complete and comprehensive diagnostic, he discovered the ancient (spinning) hard drive was failing. I also needed to upgrade the available RAM to be able to host Windows 11. In the end, I received a completely functional Windows machine, with an upgraded Processor, an SSD, maxed-out RAM and a Windows 11 License - for pennies on the dollar of what a replacement machine would cost. Gareld is simply the best - great communications of how the 'surgery' progressed, and superlative work actually making this thing work. Highly recommended for keeping your digital life running.
