They assured me the offer was good and sold me the new phone on a 36 month contract (couldn't pay cash). When the promised monthly credit for the traded phone was not forthcoming, I asked them to investigate. I was told I had to contact Verizon direct. After a couple hours of trying to work through Verizon's labyrinthian system, I wound up getting cut off - the promised call back never happened. Next, I went to a company store and after another 1 1/2 hour visit found out the plan I'm on doesn't qualify for the trade rebate. I'd been lied to and robbed of $830!! Victra operates Verizon stores as a franchisee and should be avoided at all cost. They are only interested in getting your name on a contract regardless of what they have to do to. UNETHICAL COMPANY. Furthermore, Verizon knows how they operate and lets them continue to represent them, so they are also guilty of unethical business practices. I won't do business with liars and thieves, so I'm moving to a competitive service. You should, too.

*WARNING* COMPLETE SCAMMERS!! Took my fiancés phone in to…read moreget the back camera & flash fixed.For whatever reason (still unknown to me) they go into the front of the phone as well (which makes no sense). They accidentally tore the wire to the facial ID camera. My fiancé goes to pick up her phone and they feed her with lies on why her facial ID doesn't work. "It's normal" & "that's what happens". Then they try to charge the full amount to fix the back camera. We refused to pay the full amount as they didn't fix the phone, but made it worse. We paid $60. Follow up to the next day: He calls my fiancé on his personal phone to tell her he lied about why the camera wasn't working. He admits to accidentally tearing the wire and that's why the camera won't work. He then offers to refund the $60 out of his pocket. He then proceeds to tell us he can fix the front camera but he's going to charge us $190. HE BROKE THE FRONT CAMERA. Why are we being charged to fix the phone HE BROKE. It makes me wonder why they were getting into the front camera of her phone, and what they might be doing with parts! AVOID AT ALL COST!! COMPLETE SCAMMERS!! AWFUL EMPLOYEES/CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I thought wow good price, and quick service! When I went to pick up my phone the employee who fixed it told me everything was repaired, but when he went to check everything after repairing my phone, including the FRONT camera, the Face ID feature did not work anymore. I asked why the front camera was replaced as that was not broken. He could not explain this and told me Apple has iPhones set up to not recognize Face ID when parts are switched. I asked if this had ever happened and he said no. Weird, as they do phone repairs for business. He said he would give me a discount of $30 and charge me only $160. I paid in cash. After chatting some more he gave me back $100 more. I told him i was not upset with him but sad about the way this had happened. I left. After some googling I knew that something was not adding up. The next day I received a call from what I presume is the employees personal phone. He told me he wanted to tell me what really happened. He told me he lied to cover up what happened because he was afraid of telling the truth. During the check over of the job the screen slipped forward and tore the wire that allows Face ID to function. He told me he would refund me the additional $60.00 out of his pocket because the shop was "already losing money" and to come in the following Monday, today, 4/29. Today when I went in the employee who broke my phone was not there but the manager was. He told me he was aware of the situation and gave me the money back. He told me it was the employees personal money. The owner was not there and I have yet to hear from him since requesting to speak with him since this occurred on 4/25. I left my phone number to hopefully receive a call back. They broke my phone and will not replace it. The "solution" they offered is to order a new phone and swap the insides of my phone for this one, they quoted $200 for this. I told them I will not pay them to fix THEIR mistake and furthermore have lost all trust in their abilities and business to handle my phone. They lied and attempted to deceive me. If I had not asked questions they would have charged me the full amount and let me go on my way. I am very disappointed in how they handle business and would not recommend them to anyone. I will update if anything further happens.

I got an email today from T-Mobile.... then again, I didn't.... I did, I didn't.... I have a…read morecommercial account and I got an email today saying they changed my billing method from paper to paperless. We all get scam emails, so I used an existing number I had for them and called.... And over an hour later..... I am still not complete sure I know what has happened. I waited on hold for 35 mins. I was a 13 Verizon customer, and I switched to T-mobile because a family member went to work for them. The family member recommended the cheaper and more courteous T-mobile. I have been with them nearly 10 years. Today, I find myself re-thinking my decisions. After my long hold, I get an 'expert' and explain the situation. I asked why they did that, because I didn't request this change.... his fumbling answer was 'Everything..... um....'. I asked him to explain better because 'Everything....' is not an answer. He really was grasping for an answer... to EVERYTHING... SO I asked for a supervisor, and after 5 mins on hold - no supervisor... I want to speak to a supervisor because your answer is a non-answer. After a while a supervisor TONY in the Philippines came on. He seemed to think I had a problem with my current bill..... So I explained. Got an email saying I was switched to paperless billing. I called a known number.... on the phone trying to figure out why.... He spoke in circles. Tony said that Tmobile didnt send me any emails. The have my record up.... still getting paper bills ...... So I asked 'Why the email?'. He still had a few denials about that.... But then said that we have email blasts sent out and your number was on that blast. So then when they denied the email.... Tony admitted that this was an error.... even went as far as admitting this was a 'lie' on that famously recorded line and that my account was not changed. This cost me an hour of my time mostly on hold listening to crappy music. Tony would have been a good FIRST contact. But as a second.... he was focused more on financially compensating me than addressing the PROBLEM AT T-MOBILE. There lies the root cause. They are more worried about profit than doing their job correctly, consistently and reliably. Don't get me wrong, a profit is what gets us all up in the morning. But HOW they do this with low staff, off shore call centers, poor training, and the propensity to make up a reason for "... EVERYTHING .... " is really poor performance. THIS was my last call to their customer support. The next time - I am switching carriers. I want to be able to help my customers better than T-Mobile helps theirs. PS. I told Tony I wanted a handwritten apology for the confusing and conflicting responses. He said he understood and could do that. But then started talking financial compensation again.... I don't mind paying for what I do... it is not a question of the bill. I want my hour back, or an apology. Finally I had to just say thanks Tony, but this is just wasting more of my time.
