The rep was so unhinged!! He asked me if I had ever been to this store to which I replied the truth: No. and that is when things took a turn for the worse. He said "well is shows you were here on 12/24." I said nope I would have recalled that. Is the day before Christmas I was at work and rushed home to prep the food. He then said you are lying I cannot help you. It shows that you were seen in this store before" I called verizon and spoke to a manager who helped me over the phone to get the new phone line and the new phone for my husband. I was on the phone for like an hour and this guy just sat there and refused to help me. the worst part... I didn't get the phone my husband wanted and the rep on the phone did not add insurance and now his phone is broken and we have to pay out of pocket for a new phone. All because of a rude rep that made what should have been an easy transaction hellish. AVOID this store at all cost.

He was able to clean my phone without losing any data. The entire process took about 15 minutes and cost $30. Don't be put off by the need to make an appointment. All in all Scott took a stressful situation and resolved the problem quickly and professionally. I recommend this service without reservation.

I said that is not what is listed on the policy page and on the website. They did honor the order. This was my first time ever coming to this location. Very small store overall I didn't see or have any issues. The guy working I think was the manager and I also have seen him before at the union depot store. My reason for a 3 star is due to like all the other stores I was told the same line based off of local loyalty and not 1st come 1st served to how all orders are fulfilled. He was training a new person and that is fine with no issues. so that added a little time to each person. I'm sure they have a page worth of stuff they are told they have to say to each person that comes up. Up sale a item and order, subscriptions another items the store card, etc. So with training and up selling and just talking each person felt like forever. This is why if i ever need to buy from GameStop I only due it online. But they always force us into the store which I hate. GameStop should 100% be online based. You are dying, save some money.
