After reading almost all the bad reviews and having a bad experience myself, I know this place is…read morenot good. From my experience, they are extremely blatant liars when you want a computer. Lied about an Asus Eee pc 1005ha saying that its charger was "broken" and that the battery was not working. They asked if I wanted to have a diff charger for more money but I said no. Lied. The battery worked for up to 16 hrs. I also bought 2 other laptops from there, experience was terrible. I did more of the fixing then THEY did. They have basically NO experience with computing, and they sell GOOD things, but the quality and experience is terrible. When I had to use my Dell Latitude, my Eee PC, and my HP ProBook, ALL three of them had a problem. When using the Latitude, within 2 weeks Windows wouldn't read the hard drive. Had to completely replace the disk, none of the operating systems would read it. The Eee PC had a similar experience. About 5 weeks into use, it would not boot from windows and was stuck in a reboot loop. Starting to see a pattern here? I did not have to replace the disk this time, but I had to REFORMAT it. And now the Probook. The Probook had no problems for more than 2 months, but ALL OF a SUDDEN the charger broke. Happened the same thing for every other charger. This place sucks and I do not reccommend buying anything from here.
