I drove by later and noticed the sign was on around 11. Everyone there is decently friendly, knowledgeable, but it definitely didn't look good seeing so many customers expecting you to be open at 10 and waiting around by the front door for many minutes.

Every other visit the lobby is closed, or the drive through is shut down, or the card reader conveniently stops working, or the 8 dollar ATM, or the website always being broken and updated, walking in and not know the price half the time, the overpowerful cherry bomb airfreshener in the lobby is so unpleasant I have a headache when I leave. My final straw was the lobby shut dun again as I pull in at 7:34 (close is 8). By the time i could gather the baby back up in the car 2 more pulled into the drive through and im the one told no. Sat for almost 30 mins and their inconvenience once again becomes mine. Ill go to the much cleaner and nicer bluegreen leafier dispensary from now on. There is no manual for the unit so I have NO CLUE how to work it and to be honest, it isn't what I thought it would be. It says Vaporizer right on the box. It doesnt vaporize anything. It combusts the dry herb. This was my first foray into the vaping world and now im turned off to the whole thing all together. It is an older unit and the manager REFUSES to allow me to return it, unless the manufacturer will take it back. The Web site on the box is now defunct. There is no way i can contact them on my own and the only thing I did find online was a forum telling a girl "her first mistake was buying that model pen in the first place". I'm completely offended by the behavior of the manager to the point they will never have my money and business again. There is absolutely no logical reason for him not to allow me to return the thing, other than he wants to keep my 50 dollars I paid for an old, retired model of a vape pen from a company that is now out of business.

After researching places and exploring some, this was the best store out of the three that we visited. It was clean inside and the worker behind the counter was friendly and knowledgeable of all the products that the store sells. He had an answer for every question that my boyfriend had. When my boyfriend made his purchase, he told him to try it to make sure it works before leaving. The worker said they have customers do that to ensure the products work...talk about standing by for what you sell. It was a good thing as the vape my boyfriend purchased wasn't working. Great customer service! Also very clean inside. Prices are decent.
