I mean, completely clueless, never-even-smoked clueless. Thought I sounded as clueless as I felt. But the staff were very patient and friendly, helped me pick out my first mod, and didn't seem to mind or even acknowledge my total lack of knowledge. I've been back a number of times, either for more e-juice, replacement coils, or just help when my device acts up and I can't find a solution online because I don't yet know how to decipher vaper lingo. They'll stand patiently as you ask to try 10 different flavors, recommend a mod upgrade, or talk through any device issues you're having, and always seem happy to do it. Plus I've called the general phone line a number of times with issues, have talked to Michael probably five or six times, and keep expecting him to get sick of all my questions, but he never does. It's clear they all are truly passionate about vaping and want to make sure their customers get the best vaping experience. They have a good selection of e-juice for just being a kiosk, and I like their rewards program - free 15ml with every 10 points (which is not at all difficult to build up, trust me). The only thing I will say is I might not recommend buying a mod there. You can usually find a better deal online. But I'm kind of glad I bought my first one there, because I never feel weird asking questions when something about my mod isn't working. E-juice prices are competitive though, and it's better to buy those in-store so I can sample before buying.

I really appreciated it for real! I had to walk from Harrisburg to Lemoyne but it isn't really all that far from where I live in Harrisburg. I asked them if there was any good pizza places in the area and they recommended this lil Pizza spot right down the street from Cloud Jammers on Market St in Leymoyne and the pizza was soo good so that was a plus too. I asked them while I was there at Cloud Jammer if they carry the coils that I use in my vape tank and how much they were for the future when I need coils and they carry them as well and at a better price than the vape shops from where I just moved from. One card showed I had $75 and the other one had 50. Well when I ran the card that said it had 75, it only took off 19.10. She started going off on me saying I do this everyday on everyone's shift. In front of customers and Carol and the indian guy that works there. I asked them to simply void the sale and I'd only get one zaza, a $5 vape and my drink. Well that pissed her off more bc she was on the phone trying to fix something with the register. Shoved all my shit to the side and started waiting on other customers. Finally they get back to me and ask what I wanted. I already told them. And I pulled up my bank cards to show her that it said I had money and that this only happened once before during another shift. So she told me that I could start going elsewhere bc she didn't appreciate my attitude. When she's the one that gave me attitude and embarrassed me in front of everyone.
