Elevape is a respectful polite and professional business that carries themselves correct and know…read morewhat they are talking about. I didn't have very much time and I had just had a very arrogant disrespectful ignorant lame at a different vape shop tell me over the phone "you have to come in and see for yourself" cool cuz I wanna buy somethin' off of someone who has no clue about the products they sell and don't even know what they have in stock. Yeah let me just drive around in circles til I find a vape shop that carries a specific product when there's less than 45 minutes before most vape shops close. I had to pay an Uber to get there so I couldn't just pop in at every vape shop until I found one that had what I use. Elevape, let me tell you, they were very polite on the phone. Very respectful. I didn't feel like pullin' up on them on some "cashmeoutside" shxt. They had no cockiness or arrogance in their voice. The other shop got it fxcked up because they don't even know that a gangsta is a gentleman (tell em) even tho they believe they poop aint poopy. Now Elevape was just about to close up for the night so I called again once I was in the Uber just to make sure they were gonna still be open until I got there. This shop here on Grayson Rd the one that is named "Elevape" they did not get agitated or catch an attitude or act like I was bothering them. Hospitality on deck! They were so polite and respectful even tho I had called pretty much back to back and they could have acted annoyed but they carried themselves very proper. Then even after my second time I had called my Uber dropped me off across the parking lot, cuz thats where the GPS took us, I didn't know where it was so I had to call a third time like "my fault but where is your shop located?!? I'm in front of this CVS standing here lookin' all bushy haired and extra dumb" They told me politely they are in the corner of the parking lot by the wine and spirits store. I had just made it in time. They still didn't rush me. The price was what I expected and the Box mod I bought was actually cheaper than what I expected. I was plenty good with it. The questions I asked they knew the answers to. They knew all about the products they sell. They made sure I had what I needed. I'm impressed with their politeness and how they carried themselves. Basically to sum it up I was in a terrible situation. I just moved to Harrisburg the day before. I didn't know the area like that at all. My vape stopped working and I had to make a move real quick to replace it and Elevape had what I needed on deck. I see people complain about the prices being more expensive than they are online BUT BUT BUT BUT you have to realize you have to pay all types of taxes and fees and shipping online and it costs money just to sign for it because it is a "tobacco" product so there's even a signature price added on so all that makes it wayyy more than what the initial price is that they have the products appearing to cost. It ALWAYS ends up being ALOT more than what the price actually says it is. When you go to finalize the sale it jumps up ridiculous amounts. At vape shops you also receive the luxury of being able to get what you need right then and there and no games. You don't have to wait like 2 weeks or longer until it finally comes in the mail. People bxtch to bxtch. Wonder why they call them bxtch... I wonder... All respect to those that break their necks to keep our vape products on deck... WONDERFUL vape shop!!! Mannnnn fxck what they say... Very professional and very polite. Some people talk outta their ears and listen with their mouths and snort their medication with their nose... don't be like some people. You know, you know. Elevape is hellagreat!!

Also giving a customer a display vape that the employee just put their hands all over the mouth piece and never offered to clean it seems pretty unsanitary. Who knows how many people touched that! I had to take a display because the employee spent a whole 60 seconds looking for one in a box because he wanted to sit back down! Laziness at its finest right there! I won't be going back to this place, I don't recommended if you value your time and money!

In front of customers and Carol and the indian guy that works there. I asked them to simply void the sale and I'd only get one zaza, a $5 vape and my drink. Well that pissed her off more bc she was on the phone trying to fix something with the register. Shoved all my shit to the side and started waiting on other customers. Finally they get back to me and ask what I wanted. I already told them. And I pulled up my bank cards to show her that it said I had money and that this only happened once before during another shift. While paying at their store, their machine kept saying my card wasn't working. It worked at a few other stores earlier that day so I kept trying... It didn't work, so I paid cash and went home. He says he remembers that I paid cash because my card didn't work. So I show them my bank statements, and they tell me it's not good enough so I physically sign into my bank account in front of them and show them and let them count the transactions. They agree they took it, but refuse to give it back. They tell me they won't help me, they won't give it back and I need to call my bank. I told them the bank didn't make a mistake, you did. They said they will not give me my money back. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Clearly they have no problem stealing customers money. (Even customers that have been there weekly for the past year.)
