I called ahead of time to see if they had the ejuice that I vape in stock. Another Vape shop told me I had to come in and see for myself. The other shop were not very polite at all. That spot didn't even know what they carried or had in stock and weren' even respectful enough to check. Considering I was on foot or had to take an Uber depending what vape shop had the vape juice I vape I couldn't just pop in on every vape shop til I found one. The cool lady that answered the phone at Cloud Jammers was very polite and respectful and they carry pretty much all the big name vape supplies that a vape shop should have in stock at all times. I really appreciated it for real! I had to walk from Harrisburg to Lemoyne but it isn't really all that far from where I live in Harrisburg. When I got there they were really nice and kind and polite. I asked them if there was any good pizza places in the area and they recommended this lil Pizza spot right down the street from Cloud Jammers on Market St in Leymoyne and the pizza was soo good so that was a plus too. I asked them while I was there at Cloud Jammer if they carry the coils that I use in my vape tank and how much they were for the future when I need coils and they carry them as well and at a better price than the vape shops from where I just moved from. So that's really great news for the future!! All love and respect to Cloud Jammerz in Leymoyne Pa! It's right across a couple bridges from Harrisburg. It's in walking distance so Cloud Jammerz is definitely my new home vape shop now that I live in Harrisburg! All respect! read more

the OWNERS solution to a malfunctioning vape (leaking excessively and putting juice into my mouth every pull) and disgusting juice that tastes nothing like the tester that I only had for 48 hrs and spent 80 dollars on was to offer me 2 dollars off 20 dollar juice and a free 4 dollar coil. 6 dollars off and I would have to spend 18 to still have a faulty vape. I went in for an elf bar. I was talked into buying a mod. not to mention that I was talking so he could hear me and his response was to raise his voice at me and tell me that I needed to stop talking and listen to him. Told me if I didn't let him speak that I would need to leave. He continued to say the only thing he could do is he would give me 10 percent off off a 20 dollar juice. so his FIX to an unhappy customer who doesn't want a vape they were talked into is to make them SPEND MORE MONEY and take literally next to nothing off of the purchase. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE. like seriously. The owner is awful and has literally no people skills or customer service skills. all over $80, greedy jerk. read more

I've been in this shop a few times because I really, really wanted to like them. After today, I think I'm officially going to call it quits. My first visit was with my then boyfriend, non-smoker, non-vaper. The guy behind the counter immediately addressed him. No mention of the female in the room. I was the only female in the room, there were a smattering of other customers hanging out. The "sausage party" feel definitely isn't uncommon in this community, but with a fairly new shop in a relatively small town I had higher hopes. I decided to make a second trip in months later. This experience was worlds away from my first one. Different guy behind the counter who was personable and downright charming. Minor snafu in assuming that because I wanted batteries that I wanted pink ones. He helped me with juice, explained the loyalty program, and called another vaper to ooh and aah over my RDA (it's pretty fancy - and intentionally so). There was some bashing between affiliates that I could have done without though. Personally, I feel it looks questionable when a shop bashes itself or its branches - more so than when competing shops talk ish on each other. Literally, my only complaint about the trip. Stopped in today for batteries and a charger for a new mod. Third kid behind the counter, a few guys sitting at it, and what I'm assuming is the proprietor pacing in the background on the phone. Barely acknowledged upon entry - always a sore spot. I asked for batteries which he picked up. No options were given. That may have been due to low stock, but I genuinely have no way of knowing. I asked for a charger and he did offer me two-bay or four-bay. No mention of new juices, promos, any of the little things that could have potentially boosted his sale. I felt like I was an inconvenience more than anything else, and all to the tune of $40.00. Very knowledgeable staff that go out of their way to help and explain everything. Prices are the best in the entire area and high end devices and juices for a fraction of everyone else. So friendly and always felt welcome. They don't talk bad about the other shops like the rest do to them. This is what a shop should be. Had no issues at all. Young lady was polite, respectful, and very helpful. Found a juice I've been using for a while in Connecticut months ago. Even been ordering it online because the flavor last, you can vape for hours and still taste the flavor. Unfortunately they do not carry that juice. I travel 8 months out of the year and will be away from my house for months, no shipping available. The young lady was able to direct me to a few different juices, first 2 I tried I bought. Didn't try anymore as I was satisfied with the 2. Also showed her my tank and immediately knew what it was and they had coils in stock. Bought a box of those as well. In and out less than 10 minutes with exactly what I wanted and not once tried to get me to purchase anything other that exactly what I asked for. Great lady, decent selection of juices (average amount as most stores), several mods/boxes/rigs (more than most stores), fair amount of tanks as well (average amount as other stores). As for anything else I didn't pay attention or didn't notice. read more

I was coming here for all of my and my wife's Vape related products. I have been spending 100 to 150 bucks a month here for the last 3 years. And I was pretty happy with the staff that works there. But over the last few months they have got some new people in. Now I try and be understanding with new people at businesses I go to regularly. But after months of working there they should know the product and be able to answer basic questions. Not to mention in the past when I buy a new mod set, I have been able to tell them I don't want the batteries since I have like 4 sets already and they would take 10 or 15 bucks off the price since I wasn't getting the batteries. Well this evening when I bought one he made me get the batteries with the mod, he couldn't answer any questions about the different ones I was looking at, didn't know what kind of coils came with them, didn't know anything about them, and if they which ones are more durable then others. He didn't know what the wattage was for any of them. Then when I was asking for juice he didn't know what kind of juice I wanted when I asked for it. Then when I was checking out I was spending 150 bucks, and they have a point system for every dollar you get 1 point and 100 points gives you 10 bucks off. Well I was at 98 points. And in the past they have given me the 10 off and then just subtract the extra points I needs to get the 10 off from the new points. Since it was only 2 points and I was spending 150 bucks I asked if he would do that and he refused to do that and was treating me as though I was trying to get over on him or something and trying to scam him. And was telling me that he won't do that, and he that he isn't going to give me money off for no reason and had an attitude, talking to me in a tone as if I am some thief for even asking. Needless to say I was not happy tonight with the level of service I got. And it wasn't just the batteries, or the promo points, it was all of these issues compounded. Had it just been one of those then I get it. But to know absolutely nothing about the product or the procedure after working there for what he says is 4 months I see as a problem. I never have this issue when I am there early in the day when the owner or the manager or whoever she is, is working. But lately every time I go in the evening, the kids working don't know anything and at this point I will just go to life smoke instead of going there. I always get people who know what they are talking about and always have a good experience at life smoke. I just prefer the people that used to work at cloud jammer. Know that that personal touch is gone I think I will be too. I used to get greeted by name and be able to have a nice conversation with the employees working there. And that is long over I guess. I will be spending my 120 a month some where else from now on that's for sure. read more

I stopped by a few weeks ago when I was in need of some new juice. I stopped by in the evening and there were two guys working behind the counter. After not being acknowledged, I had a seat at the bar and waited patiently for the folks to get done watching the live stream of the state government. In all fairness, they were hoping to see the vape laws brought forward, so I understand their eagerness to be abreast of any developments. When I asked about available flavors, I was handed a binder to review. I had to ask about the sampling process, if one was available. The flavors I did like weren't available with the nicotine level I currently use. After feeling like I was just a party brasher, the guys working start FaceTiming someone. Come to Find out, it's the owner who is well aware there is a customer in the shop. They just continue to socialize so I finished my sample, thanks the guys, and headed out without purchasing anything. Maybe it was an off night, but I'll check out some other places. read more
