Elevape is a respectful polite and professional business that carries themselves correct and know what they are talking about. I didn't have very much time and I had just had a very arrogant disrespectful ignorant lame at a different vape shop tell me over the phone "you have to come in and see for yourself" cool cuz I wanna buy somethin' off of someone who has no clue about the products they sell and don't even know what they have in stock. Yeah let me just drive around in circles til I find a vape shop that carries a specific product when there's less than 45 minutes before most vape shops close. I had to pay an Uber to get there so I couldn't just pop in at every vape shop until I found one that had what I use. Elevape, let me tell you, they were very polite on the phone. Very respectful. I didn't feel like pullin' up on them on some "cashmeoutside" shxt. They had no cockiness or arrogance in their voice. The other shop got it fxcked up because they don't even know that a gangsta is a gentleman (tell em) even tho they believe they poop aint poopy. Now Elevape was just about to close up for the night so I called again once I was in the Uber just to make sure they were gonna still be open until I got there. This shop here on Grayson Rd the one that is named "Elevape" they did not get agitated or catch an attitude or act like I was bothering them. Hospitality on deck! They were so polite and respectful even tho I had called pretty much back to back and they could have acted annoyed but they carried themselves very proper. Then even after my second time I had called my Uber dropped me off across the parking lot, cuz thats where the GPS took us, I didn't know where it was so I had to call a third time like "my fault but where is your shop located?!? I'm in front of this CVS standing here lookin' all bushy haired and extra dumb" They told me politely they are in the corner of the parking lot by the wine and spirits store. I had just made it in time. They still didn't rush me. The price was what I expected and the Box mod I bought was actually cheaper than what I expected. I was plenty good with it. The questions I asked they knew the answers to. They knew all about the products they sell. They made sure I had what I needed. I'm impressed with their politeness and how they carried themselves. Basically to sum it up I was in a terrible situation. I just moved to Harrisburg the day before. I didn't know the area like that at all. My vape stopped working and I had to make a move real quick to replace it and Elevape had what I needed on deck. I see people complain about the prices being more expensive than they are online BUT BUT BUT BUT you have to realize you have to pay all types of taxes and fees and shipping online and it costs money just to sign for it because it is a "tobacco" product so there's even a signature price added on so all that makes it wayyy more than what the initial price is that they have the products appearing to cost. It ALWAYS ends up being ALOT more than what the price actually says it is. When you go to finalize the sale it jumps up ridiculous amounts. At vape shops you also receive the luxury of being able to get what you need right then and there and no games. You don't have to wait like 2 weeks or longer until it finally comes in the mail. People bxtch to bxtch. Wonder why they call them bxtch... I wonder... All respect to those that break their necks to keep our vape products on deck... WONDERFUL vape shop!!! Came here during my lunchtime. Didn't realize they don't open until Noon. It was 11:51 am so I figured I'd hang out until Noon. Walked back to the door at 12:00 pm and the door was still locked. I waited at the front door until 12:05 pm, tried the door again and it was locked. I did look inside and it was dark. I went back to my vehicle to call and the number automatically went busy. I had bought a vape from this shop roughly a year ago. I've quit smoking and wanted to purchase the exact same vape. Great place... I shop at elevape on Grayson road... the guy that works there really got to know me and what juice I like and don't like he knows I'm into custards and cookie juice I had a pretty shit tank so he recommended the wotofo profile rda and I love it great flavor.. every time I go there they guy always recommends a new custard or cookie juice... I've never been steered wrong there and it has a whole in the wall feeling which I like cause I don't feel like I'm in a huge big box store where all I feel like is just a customer.. elevape on Grayson road has a home like feel... love it love love it. I went there last Monday, 4-25-22, looking for a particular brand of disposable vape. The store didn't carry the brand that I was looking for,so I decided to try another brand, to support the business, since I found that this business was the closest like it to my home. I bought one, (which I thought was on the expensive side, compared to the price I usually paid.). Later, I decided to check out the directions of the product because it was rechargeable, whereas the one I had used was not. Also, the owner advised that I check it before leaving the store, because it was not returnable. I opened it and tried it and it worked fine. He offered to throw away the packaging, and I gave it to him. (I didn't realize at first that it was rechargeable.). When I looked it up, I found that he had charged me DOUBLE the price!! I checked several sites, and he definitely charged me double. I will never SET FOOT IN THAT STORE AGAIN!! YOU JUST LOST WHAT WOULD HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER, WHO LIVES RIGHT IN YOUR BACKYARD! I started visiting the store almost 2 years ago now. I have bought boxes,tanks,rda and countless juices. I was never once told about the customer loyalty program you could apply to purchases. When I asked I was told they no longer do the costumer loyalty program. I would really like to know how many points I had accrued. So a Dan got in touch with me- guess the head owner. And after awhile of reading his texts I realized that he had called me because he wanted review taken down. He supplied me with a bottle of juice but I pretty much felt harassed by owner after he tried to manipulate me into taking review down. After I told him I would not take it down because I felt it correctly documented the experience and that I was feeling harassed he continued to text me saying that he was gonna contact his yelp rep. It was easy to read through lines. I then asked if I could have his yelp rep name but he never supplied it. Makes me question the credibility of yelp now too. Especially elevape though. read more

I don't know if this is part of a chain, or a franchise but this store seems so much different than the other Elevape stores in the area, first this place has no inventory, that or it's poorly presented everything is stacked in boxes in the cases, then usually you can't view the display cases because regulars are hanging out chatting in front of them, the staff has always been pleasant to me, but I have been told that others were not so lucky, Juice selection is below average. read more

I'm switching from cigarettes to Vaping and I really knew what I wanted but didn't know how to express it. Well they knew and really hooked me up. They were really cool and really explained the product to me quite well. I ended up getting juice that really didn't do it for me and went back the next day and they gave me a higher MG no charge.
