So disappointed with this manager. I spent over $140. I got a tarot nano and a stick system. After…read morewe left I realized the money I spent on the stick system ($20 stick, $15 tank, $15 charger) I could have purchased another tarot nano system. I also purchased a blister pack for a gift. I was told if there was any problems they would take care of me. Total bullshit! Same day, when I told them I was unhappy with what they sold me, that I was nickle and dimed they basically told me too bad. They would not budge at all. I decided I would cut my loses, return the $25 blister pack and shell out another $25 to buy the tarot nano. The manager got on the phone I explained to him what happened, asked if I could get store credit for the blister pack and would pay the difference for the tarot nano. The phone was passes to the clerk. The clerk said the manager would sell me the Tarot Nano for $59, which was actually more than the sale price and no store credit. Seriously, WTF! Needless to say I left there in tears and told them that we would never come back! Additionally, I had my two sons and nephew, all under age, in the store with me. Both clerks allowed my 15 and 17 year old children to vape and sample the flavors inside the store. I was told this was against the law but the Asst. Mgr. said since the manager wasn't there that he didn't care. The assistant manager actually ran out the door yelling obscenities at us. What a shame for this company because we spent a lot of money there and we will never be back.

I don't give out 5 stars that often. The staff has provided some of the best customer service I…read morethink I've ever received. I went in there clueless. I mean, completely clueless, never-even-smoked clueless. Thought I sounded as clueless as I felt. But the staff were very patient and friendly, helped me pick out my first mod, and didn't seem to mind or even acknowledge my total lack of knowledge. I've been back a number of times, either for more e-juice, replacement coils, or just help when my device acts up and I can't find a solution online because I don't yet know how to decipher vaper lingo. They'll stand patiently as you ask to try 10 different flavors, recommend a mod upgrade, or talk through any device issues you're having, and always seem happy to do it. Plus I've called the general phone line a number of times with issues, have talked to Michael probably five or six times, and keep expecting him to get sick of all my questions, but he never does. It's clear they all are truly passionate about vaping and want to make sure their customers get the best vaping experience. They have a good selection of e-juice for just being a kiosk, and I like their rewards program - free 15ml with every 10 points (which is not at all difficult to build up, trust me). The only thing I will say is I might not recommend buying a mod there. You can usually find a better deal online. But I'm kind of glad I bought my first one there, because I never feel weird asking questions when something about my mod isn't working. E-juice prices are competitive though, and it's better to buy those in-store so I can sample before buying.

One card showed I had $75 and the other one had 50. Well when I ran the card that said it had 75, it only took off 19.10. She started going off on me saying I do this everyday on everyone's shift. In front of customers and Carol and the indian guy that works there. I asked them to simply void the sale and I'd only get one zaza, a $5 vape and my drink. Well that pissed her off more bc she was on the phone trying to fix something with the register. Shoved all my shit to the side and started waiting on other customers. Finally they get back to me and ask what I wanted. I already told them. And I pulled up my bank cards to show her that it said I had money and that this only happened once before during another shift. So she told me that I could start going elsewhere bc she didn't appreciate my attitude. When she's the one that gave me attitude and embarrassed me in front of everyone. I was so mad I almost started crying. I can't help my bank card said I had a certain amount and then didn't go through.
