Today, I discovered Tabitha Brown's Donna's Recipes hair products line. This Target still has a nice selection of Valentine items. I was able to get in and out of the store without any long lines. Decided only to buy a canfdle and get out. Found candle and went to self checkingout but there were no bags except thos all over the floor. Lady at selfcheckout just looked at her phone and the ceiling but not at shoppers.
