It combusts the dry herb. This was my first foray into the vaping world and now im turned off to the whole thing all together. It is an older unit and the manager REFUSES to allow me to return it, unless the manufacturer will take it back. The Web site on the box is now defunct. There is no way i can contact them on my own and the only thing I did find online was a forum telling a girl "her first mistake was buying that model pen in the first place". After researching places and exploring some, this was the best store out of the three that we visited. It was clean inside and the worker behind the counter was friendly and knowledgeable of all the products that the store sells. He had an answer for every question that my boyfriend had. When my boyfriend made his purchase, he told him to try it to make sure it works before leaving. The worker said they have customers do that to ensure the products work...talk about standing by for what you sell. It was a good thing as the vape my boyfriend purchased wasn't working.
