After 30 mins I was getting agitated from then they forced me to leave with the product they had mislabled for over $100. Herbology has been known to price gouge and if we're paying their ridiculous prices you want the correct product. So for a month after the incident they had me going to their other location without any issues. Then once corporate seen I had made bad reviews and told customers about how corrupt this establishment is they banned a MEDICAL PATIENT from all of their locations. Forcing me to drive an hour for medicine. But its fine because every time I make that hour drive I'll be making negative reviews about this company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I stopped in the back of the building for a few minutes while waiting for my order because there were no available parking spots. During that time, security approached me twice. On the second interaction, I was spoken to in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner, including being insulted over the radio. I simply stated that my order would be ready shortly and that I would wait briefly. What followed was completely unnecessary escalation over a minor situation. Instead of any attempt to de-escalate or treat a long-time customer with basic respect, the interaction turned hostile and unprofessional. including being insulted over the radio. Update: The situation was ultimately handled by General Manager Matt Hersh, and unfortunately, Rather than addressing what happened or acknowledging any staff conduct, I was told I was no longer welcome and that my account was being closed. It's disappointing to see a loyal customer treated this way over a brief and avoidable misunderstanding by your security staff. This was handled poorly from start to finish, and it reflects badly on the business overall.

I lead a community of veterans called…read moreBalanced Veterans and this year Canna Care as helped certify so many veterans for their medical marijuana card myself included. The normal fee out the door for this can cost someone up to $250 but canna care covers the doctor fee for certain veterans and leaves them only having to pay the state fee of $50 I know I am forever grateful for their support and generosity towards so many veterans. We will forever have their back and are thankful they are in the community. The office is really nice and the staff is incredibly friendly. They will remind you and call you and send you educational emails. They really go above and beyond helping new patients feel comfortable. I will continue to refer friends to these doctors. They give back to the community so much.
