I've never had a bad experience, even when I made the mistake of ordering inside pickup instead of curbside. I assured the staff it was most definitely my fault and went to walk in the upstairs. The employee downstairs must have called up and let them know. As soon as I walked in, they asked if I was Caleb and immediately took me back. (I assured them as well it was my fault, and I didn't need any special attention.) I will say it was slower, but it doesn't change the fact that they still went out of their way even though they didn't have to, nor would I have had any less of a positive experience with the F&D or this location. Now, although this is one experience, they have consistently gone the extra mile every time. Never have I had an employee not smiling or not having little conversations with each customer they can (while still being insanely efficient and quick). Even to the point that I cannot think of a time that I was ever there for longer than 10 mins. 10 mins that's all, but I still always felt so recognized and like I had a conversation with a friend. Also, the way all of the employees interact with each other is amazing. I know, don't ever say work is family, but the way they have little banter with each other like siblings just makes everyone laugh and have a good time. Today, I worked with Ryan and another lady who was helping out as curbside was getting long (there were 4-5 of us, but they are so efficient that even that is too long, so they try to make things quicker).
