Not only are they a dispensary but they have holistic medicine and a spa. There's also many different items to buy from clothing to specialty products, lock boxes which anyone who has any drug (rx or other) should have so no one--especially children don't get into it-emergency rooms are getting increase in children eating them and requiring hospital Cleanliness 5 Range of products available 5 Budtenders 5 especially Hope and Shawn. Where do I even start? This is 10/10 the dispensary I've ever been to. From the awesome staff to the organization and system they use, to product knowledge and pricing, this place is the best. I've never had a bad experience, even when I made the mistake of ordering inside pickup instead of curbside. I assured the staff it was most definitely my fault and went to walk in the upstairs. The employee downstairs must have called up and let them know. As soon as I walked in, they asked if I was Caleb and immediately took me back. (I assured them as well it was my fault, and I didn't need any special attention.) I will say it was slower, but it doesn't change the fact that they still went out of their way even though they didn't have to, nor would I have had any less of a positive experience with the F&D or this location. Now, although this is one experience, they have consistently gone the extra mile every time. Never have I had an employee not smiling or not having little conversations with each customer they can (while still being insanely efficient and quick). Even to the point that I cannot think of a time that I was ever there for longer than 10 mins. 10 mins that's all, but I still always felt so recognized and like I had a conversation with a friend. Also, the way all of the employees interact with each other is amazing. I know, don't ever say work is family, but the way they have little banter with each other like siblings just makes everyone laugh and have a good time. Today, I worked with Ryan and another lady who was helping out as curbside was getting long (there were 4-5 of us, but they are so efficient that even that is too long, so they try to make things quicker). Ten minutes after my "appointment" time, I was told that the payment that had already left my bank account was not valid, and that I needed to used their payment system which required a link to my bank account. Not for the timonium store but their elkton store has really gone downhill. I had a preorder for 11am, I called the store and told them we had a medical emergency, and I could not get there till 5pm. Girl on phone said no problem I will tell them to hold it till 6. Drive one hour get there at 5 and no order budtender said OH we dont do that here! He then procededs to get my order comes back with only half of what I ordered, told him thats not it HE SAIDS yes thats all thats here. Poor me in the rush out the door I forgot my phone so I could not show him. Then I always use duchie pay but becasue they put my order back I could not 2 hour drive wasted on nothing! website is great to order from but they have slow service. not a great outdoor process where more workers should be to cater to those who were smart enough to pre order so they are not suffering in all types of weather. there staff gets flustered at the outdoor window and gave me the wrong order. there are other places not to far from this location where you can save 8$ on tax and speedier service and prices on a more variety of products. read more

Save your time and money! This is the most unprofessional place I've been too. There are always a bunch of people in the lobby waiting to be seen and the managers are no help whatsoever. The one manger Claire is extremely rude and condescending when i asked why isn't there some sort of system to help organize customers between medical and recreational. All they do is pass along responsibility whenever there is a problem and no one seems to know how to do their job. I've been going to this dispensary for about 5 months now but ever since there was a change in management the place has gone down tremendously in quality. After having gotten my products here for about 3 years, I left today completely disgusted. The folks there are always super pleasant and the atmosphere is nice. Trouble is that they have repackaged the edible I always get and are now selling it at almost twice the price. Very sneaky strategy. I've always gotten Curio Wellness Blood Orange chews with 4 mgs CBD and 20 mgs THC. They were always $15 each (on sale). Now they have reverted to the hard plastic containers that are environmentally irresponsible ( why get rid of the responsible envelope packaging??), and now they are selling the new packages that are only 2 mgs CBD and 10 mgs TCH. Half the value for $29 instead of $30. I am disgusted by their attempt to repackage and focus on the 1:5 ratio of the product rather than a clear awareness that you're getting half the product you used to get. Even this old soon to be 72 years old woman can see thru this. I also hated that they would start and stop rewards for repeat clients. Time for me to find another dispensary! Most dishonest business I've had the displeasure of visiting. They will try to tell medical patients they must bring their license and medical card. They will tell you this is the law. Anyone can go to the MMA website and read that they can ask but are not required to have it. They are scanning and taking this information to sell it to third parties is my best guess otherwise they would not need it. The staff literally stated and I quote Karen as saying. We dont care about any of you folks. Don't like it go somewhere else. To be so arrogant to think you can tell customers you dont care about them is astounding. The staff truly shows how the owners view their hardworking customers. I rarely leave reviews but this was an experience no one should repeat. It was my first and last visit. Weigh everything even vapes. I think you will find the vapes don't weigh. Weigh the vape right out of the package, then weigh once it's finished. .5 grams are really .25 - .3 grams. Try it and let others know which ones weigh and which ones don't weigh. The people in the shop are great. Now let's get what we pay for. please! I gotta say, I haven't like F&D until today. I'm a new med patient, trying to live with knee pain. I've shopped other dispenseries & have had pleasant conversations with knowledgeable providers who ask me questions & make recommendations. I've been to F&D 2x before today & I always feel like the people I have interacted with act only as cashiers. There are no questions, no advice, no education offered. I went back today, because it's the only place I've found that carries the gel I use on my knee, and I was helped by Chris L. Chris & I talked, he shared his own aches & pains and what helps him, he asked me questions, he LISTENED, and he made recommendations. I was so pleasantly surprised by our conversation.m! Not only did I have the worst experience I've ever had at a dispensary today, I highly recommend you go somewhere else. The first problem was I called and they put me on hold and left me there for 15 minutes. I called back, let them know I was on hold for 15 minutes, and they immediately put me on hold again for another 15 minutes. I gave up and went into the store. I was in there not even one minute, but was rudely greeted, someone inappropriately put their hands on me because I "pulled in the wrong way up the driveway" and then was completely disrespected by the female at the counter.
