This place has gotten a lot better with drive thru. At first I gave it a bad review but I've been going there for two years since my last review and there have been big changes. They always have great sales staff is very knowledgeable. I must say I do enjoy the Baltimore location a little better due to the drive thru. read more

Easy online ordering (via Leafly ) if you choose to purchase online. They also have a drive thru option which I found helpful. (Simply order online and jump in the drive thru to pick up orders). This location has some of the best deals!! It seems they always want to help the customer save money. Each day they advertise good deals. (Normally 20-30% off select brands). Don't miss the $5 off "Happy Hour" specials ran weekdays 3-5pm (you must be seen in the back not checked in by 5pm). If you think these deals aren't enough they give you a card to stamp for every $65 spent after 6 stamps you get $50 off. They also have rewards points that you earn per purchase, I've gotten up to $50 off (saving all my points) once before. Idk why you're driving anywhere else but here. read more

They have some good deals but this place is poorly ran and probaly one of the worst dispensarys in Baltimore!!!! There's always a wait no matter when you go or if you pre order or not. I dont ever plan on going back here again. Go to Green Goods right up the street. It's a much better experience read more

Staff is very friendly and they have a lot of great products. I've only been here four times in all four times have been a ridiculous weight. The first time I came I didn't place an order before hand and waited for over 30 minutes. The next time, so when I did place an order before hand and waited for 30 minutes as well in the drive-through line was around the corner. I just wanna note. These were all on weekday nights will not be coming back here just due to the wait times. read more

The people are nice and everything but they are getting really greedy with the prices and rewards system

Best place ever. Great customer services. Flower is always great edibles are even better always have what I want.

Waited in the pre order line for 45 min only to be told to go in the lobby to get my id scanned only to be told they didn't have my order. Don't waste your time. read more

Will never be a customer here again. Put in an online order which said it would be ready in 20-30 min. I waited there until it was over 50 min since my order was put in and not only was it not ready but they said I was still behind multiple people. They said they take medical patients first so I basically had to wait until there were no medical patients. That's not how a time guarantee works. Not only was the service awful, the prices were even worse. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere read more

My boyfriend had me place a mobile order for him to pick up a over a hour ago. Online says the don't close till 9pm We got there at 8:15 to pick up the order and they wouldn't help us because they closed at 8 but they were helping a customer that was in the front of the car we were behind. Very unprofessional. If you are going to close a hour before your scheduled time you need to fix it online. read more

Horrible customer service over multiple separate visits. First incident involved then taking back a customer who came in after me even though I was a medical patient with a pre-order. I decided to stick with the drive thru after that. Next time they charged me taxes even though I am a medical patient, making my bill $17 more than what it should have been, and I didn't notice until I was home. Finally today, they couldn't take cards in the drive through and I had to come inside to use the ATM after waiting in the drive through line for 15 minutes. They lied right to my face and said no one was inside, and I could come right in and pay and leave. What a waste of my time. I got to the wibdow and the lady said there was 4 people ahead of me even after I explained my situation. Left and went to Green Goods dispensary down the street, and was in and out in 5 minutes. Can't treat people like that when your competition is within walking distance and has better customer service. read more

I've truthfully only had one good experience here- tried to keep that one experience in mind, but overall I'm very shocked & unhappy with the service & treatment by staff to patients at this Health For Life Dispensary. I've never had this many unpleasant experiences/ interactions in any other dispensary I've tried nearby. They are not helpful when you call with questions, they don't care to explain how discounts work & they don't give new patients much of a rundown on ANYTHING. Truthfully seems like they couldn't care less about the people they're helping get MEDICATION. I guess MOST OF the people working in this dispensary have forgotten that some medical cannabis patients deal with depression/ anxiety. Unpleasant experiences really stick with me when I'm already just trying to feel better mentally.... They were very short & snippy on the phone today when I called with VALID questions. I assume staff would tell patients when they had points available since they can view that as they're checking us out but that's not the case. So I asked about that on the phone today & the woman was very clear that "that's your responsibility as a patient.. we will bring up the points if we want to be nice but it's not our responsibility...." Blah blah blah First of all; I was never even told about the points the first time I came into this dispensary.... The second time I came in the very sweet young girl- I'm so mad for not getting her name- was SO KIND while checking me out- very conversational, knowledgeable & gave me the best service I've experienced here. She offered me to use my 10 points- that I didn't even know I had... Yesterday was my third & absolute last BAD experience here at this dispensary. I honestly feel ripped off & truthfully mistreated. I spent over $300 yesterday & they literally didn't offer to use any of my points I had earned the second time... you'd think if they're "being nice" by bringing up the points- they might "be nice" enough to bring up your points when you're spending a decent amount of money.... Right? Nope. I was never offered my points yesterday & the staff made me feel so anxious I forgot to bring them up. (I was made anxious by almost ALL the staff by them consistently commenting on how they were getting ready to close)... this made me feel like a burden when they still had over 30m until they stopped letting people pick up.... I was also confused about how they did the discounting for their "buy 2 eighths, get a 3rd for a penny". I was genuinely just trying to get an understanding of how their discounting worked for that "deal" & the woman on the phone acted like I was stupid for even asking. She didn't really care to explain much clearly so I said "thanks for your help". She gladly just hung up on me. read more

Always on point. Budtenders have great knowledge and keep you informed. Great product as well

I used to LOVE HFL. Seems like they been going downhill since the opening of rec usage . Longer wait times . Different staff members, not so nice ones. Not to mention all their sales have changed! And I looked forward to them!!! They used to sell 3.5 g of untrimmed for $15 !!!!!!!! They used to have different sales for everyday of the week. Now it's just 20% & 15% nonsense . 420 this year SUCKED! They handed out no gifts or anything to special . Just scratch offs with 10% discounts . 420 last year ??? I got a nice bag! A nice glass rolling tray that said 420 on it & a one hitter !!! . What happened HFL ????? I need an explanation. I've spent thousands of hard earned dollars with you guys. And I can't even stand to come there anymore . read more

Best deals around. My go to dispensary. Good selection and affordable prices. Knowledgeable budtenders. Points!

I love this dispensary but I'm always in line for 25 minutes or more when I preorder, which I really don't understand.

What can I say this business never misses, even with all the price going up with rec coming through , they have the best quality 8th at a reasonable price that you just can't beat , the customer service is sublime , Kristin & Brianna is my go to girl ask for them! read more

The time on her page says they close at nine but they turn you away actually at 8:50 Even though you spend $15,000 a year at this place, they don't care read more

Decent prices but takes no accountability for the product they sell. A cartridge I purchased was clearly defective, but since I did not open it until 3+ days after purchasing HFL offered no remedy. Take your business elsewhere. read more

Update: the manager really went out of his way to make everything right, and when I went back it was a perfect experience. Must have been a fluke. I can say honestly these are good people. read more

This place is so beautiful and the staff truly knows their stuff. The best selection in the area and amazing First Time Patient special! Online pickup is also super convenient. A+ read more

First I must say I love the White Marsh location! (however Balt is closer) I made the mistake of going there one day and was given a cart vs, flower, No big deal, I went back in and asked if I messed up the order online, I had not messed up, still No Problem, UNTILL the girl at the drive thru decides to come in the store to yell at me about why my order was wrong, I say oh I guess she thinks she is too cute to be nice, As I had said nothing to this girl !! The Manager allowed her to yell at me then attempts to reprimand me like I am a little child. The customer is not always correct ! However in this case I did not mess up, did not get ugly UNTILL she came from the Drive Thru into the store to yell at me, I was not going to just stand there and allow her to be rude to me. I will never go to this location again. Their Hours suck, their attitude sucks and if you compare prices HFL White Marsh is sometimes 10.00 less on the exact same product. There is a dispensary about every 5 mile radius. Good Old Burger King Drive Thru mentality. read more

Great selection and the employees are patient and knowledgeable with all products. This is my go to place for my medical needs.

This place has been my favorite by far. The employee's are very knowledgeable of the products and what matches your needs. They have a great rewards program and happy hour with discounts. It's a very secure place and they are all about customer service, your needs and up to date on all products. I reccomend this place to my mother and personally took her there and she learned so much that she didn't know before from other places. She left confident and well educated on the products she bought. I would reccomend everyone to check them out at the Dundalk and White Marsh location. read more

they had an amazing first time patient deal that they decided to change :( also since covid you're able to use the drive thru window to pick up your orders, but it takes FOREVER, i was able to download this app, write a full review and than some before i even reached the window. i'm not sure if it's the customers being slow or what, but something needs to change, ex. you can only get in the drive thru line only if you made your leafly pickup order. or if you make us sit here and wait in this line for 30 minutes atleast give me a %10 off. at this point in still writing this review, not even sure if ill make it to the window read more
