Don't miss the $5 off "Happy Hour" specials ran weekdays 3-5pm (you must be seen in the back not checked in by 5pm). If you think these deals aren't enough they give you a card to stamp for every $65 spent after 6 stamps you get $50 off. Staff is very friendly and they have a lot of great products. I've only been here four times in all four times have been a ridiculous weight. The first time I came I didn't place an order before hand and waited for over 30 minutes. The next time, so when I did place an order before hand and waited for 30 minutes as well in the drive-through line was around the corner. I just wanna note. Horrible customer service over multiple separate visits. First incident involved then taking back a customer who came in after me even though I was a medical patient with a pre-order. I decided to stick with the drive thru after that. Next time they charged me taxes even though I am a medical patient, making my bill $17 more than what it should have been, and I didn't notice until I was home. Finally today, they couldn't take cards in the drive through and I had to come inside to use the ATM after waiting in the drive through line for 15 minutes. They lied right to my face and said no one was inside, and I could come right in and pay and leave. What a waste of my time. I got to the wibdow and the lady said there was 4 people ahead of me even after I explained my situation. Left and went to Green Goods dispensary down the street, and was in and out in 5 minutes. Can't treat people like that when your competition is within walking distance and has better customer service. read more

I waited there until it was over 50 min since my order was put in and not only was it not ready but they said I was still behind multiple people. They said they take medical patients first so I basically had to wait until there were no medical patients. That's not how a time guarantee works. My boyfriend had me place a mobile order for him to pick up a over a hour ago. Online says the don't close till 9pm We got there at 8:15 to pick up the order and they wouldn't help us because they closed at 8 but they were helping a customer that was in the front of the car we were behind. I used to LOVE HFL. Seems like they been going downhill since the opening of rec usage . Longer wait times . Different staff members, not so nice ones. Not to mention all their sales have changed! And I looked forward to them!!! They used to sell 3.5 g of untrimmed for $15 !!!!!!!! They used to have different sales for everyday of the week. Now it's just 20% & 15% nonsense . 420 this year SUCKED! They handed out no gifts or anything to special . Just scratch offs with 10% discounts . 420 last year ??? I got a nice bag! A nice glass rolling tray that said 420 on it & a one hitter !!! . What happened HFL ????? I need an explanation. I've spent thousands of hard earned dollars with you guys. I've truthfully only had one good experience here- tried to keep that one experience in mind, but overall I'm very shocked & unhappy with the service & treatment by staff to patients at this Health For Life Dispensary. I've never had this many unpleasant experiences/ interactions in any other dispensary I've tried nearby. They are not helpful when you call with questions, they don't care to explain how discounts work & they don't give new patients much of a rundown on ANYTHING. Truthfully seems like they couldn't care less about the people they're helping get MEDICATION. I guess MOST OF the people working in this dispensary have forgotten that some medical cannabis patients deal with depression/ anxiety. Unpleasant experiences really stick with me when I'm already just trying to feel better mentally.... They were very short & snippy on the phone today when I called with VALID questions. I assume staff would tell patients when they had points available since they can view that as they're checking us out but that's not the case. So I asked about that on the phone today & the woman was very clear that "that's your responsibility as a patient.. we will bring up the points if we want to be nice but it's not our responsibility...." Blah blah blah First of all; I was never even told about the points the first time I came into this dispensary.... The second time I came in the very sweet young girl- I'm so mad for not getting her name- was SO KIND while checking me out- very conversational, knowledgeable & gave me the best service I've experienced here. She offered me to use my 10 points- that I didn't even know I had... Yesterday was my third & absolute last BAD experience here at this dispensary. I honestly feel ripped off & truthfully mistreated. I spent over $300 yesterday & they literally didn't offer to use any of my points I had earned the second time... you'd think if they're "being nice" by bringing up the points- they might "be nice" enough to bring up your points when you're spending a decent amount of money.... Right? Nope. I was never offered my points yesterday & the staff made me feel so anxious I forgot to bring them up. (I was made anxious by almost ALL the staff by them consistently commenting on how they were getting ready to close)... this made me feel like a burden when they still had over 30m until they stopped letting people pick up.... I was also confused about how they did the discounting for their "buy 2 eighths, get a 3rd for a penny". I was genuinely just trying to get an understanding of how their discounting worked for that "deal" & the woman on the phone acted like I was stupid for even asking. First I must say I love the White Marsh location! (however Balt is closer) I made the mistake of going there one day and was given a cart vs, flower, No big deal, I went back in and asked if I messed up the order online, I had not messed up, still No Problem, UNTILL the girl at the drive thru decides to come in the store to yell at me about why my order was wrong, I say oh I guess she thinks she is too cute to be nice, As I had said nothing to this girl !! The Manager allowed her to yell at me then attempts to reprimand me like I am a little child. The customer is not always correct ! However in this case I did not mess up, did not get ugly UNTILL she came from the Drive Thru into the store to yell at me, I was not going to just stand there and allow her to be rude to me. I will never go to this location again. Their Hours suck, their attitude sucks and if you compare prices HFL White Marsh is sometimes 10.00 less on the exact same product.
