I like this place a lot, service is quick and the folks that work here really know their stuff! I'm in and out and puffing on a disposable vape before I know it! The only drawback is when you pay by debit card, they round up to the nearest 10th, I think, and give you back like $3.50. I A. Don't like carrying cash, and B. Don't want to round up and lose $$$. They weird in here yo.. While the check-in people are typically helpful and laid back the budtenders are dry and seem to be there just to collect a check. They are not enthusiastic at all, no personality. When Shawty brought over the flower I tried to get a feel for the bud (since she wasn't recommending anything) and she straight snatched the package and said "they're watching me on camera and I'll get fired and fine" WTF?? what y'all think I'm finna do run out the place with a gram?? Somebody is stealing my medical cannabis and I am a senior with medical issues and if I don't check my products on a regular that's when my sht comes up missing! When I arrive home it's to late to turn back around! I need to find a new location I think I been coming here to long to a point that they done got comfortable with because they feel no one will believe me. I end up with one pre-roll missing out of both pre-roll tubs! I didn't even take it out the bag to check because I was out-side at the pick up window crazy. I got got 3 different times. They might have the best prices and selection in all of Maryland. I'm often in the area and I always offer to pick stuff up for my friends since Releaf's deals are so much better than the dispos they go to. My only criticism is that their website is super messy. read more

Once in the shop they are very helpful and have a deal a day. However, their technology sucks. On my phone it's impossible to choose medical over recreational. So we go to the computer where under "medical", not "recreational", you'll find the options to purchase: Flower, Edible, Pre-roll, vaporizer, tinctures and topicals....there's no "concentrates". If you know they are there, you can go to the brand page and pull it up that way otherwise you can't access those products. I've pointed this out to them but clearly they don't care. read more

Always a positive experience with the folks at ReLeaf. ReLeaf is my neighborhood dispensary so I walk but for those driving there is a PARKING LOT - a rare find in the city. Selection is varied and pretty large. They have competitive daily deals that you can receive in a text message alert. Budtenders are friendly and knowledgable - especially Sydney & Danielle. I go here a lot but they made me feel like family from the first day I walked in. So I would say I've been coming to this location for over a year and a half now. I love their sales, their product and staff. Only reason for 4 stars is because the waits can sometimes be overly long for no reason. There will be an empty lobby and cashier line but everybody still waits outside. Typically it's not like that few and far between. And also there have just been one staff member and one guard that who just don't seem to acknowledge your presence. If you're selling something 2 for 1, and you only have one of that thing, you sell it to the customer at half price and apologize for not having your advertised product in stock.You're getting the same amount of money and the customer is happy. Stop sampling your products and learn math. There's too many dispensieries with courteous delivery drivers who have what I want to have to deal with this every week. Most of the negative reviews relate to them not honoring sale prices which is exactly the same experience I had today. Clearly, this is still an area they need to work on. Their management needs to instruct staff to honor the per unit sale price if they don't have enough stock for a customer to meet the requirements of the discount. They wouldn't be losing money and its really simple. I do not recommend this store read more

Short and simple .. the best dispensary in Baltimore hands down .. only thing I'm not feeling at this current moment are the 35$ tier 25$ tier 8ths now .. all the flavors I was getting for 25$ are now considered medium bud and are all 35$ bringing the total for an ounce to 280$ but 230$ on Friday's only ... Not too much I can complain about when it comes to this place bc I come here almost every damn day! They have the best around deals when it comes to the flowers. They too offer daily specific deals but they have sales every day on just flowers that are unmatched. The only downfall can be that they are giving you high THC level buds on the sale menu like they used to. I thoroughly enjoy the staff and they know me by name and face. First time visiting so I didn't know to look to the right to see I was being let in (I promise I wasn't having one of my "dumb days", I literally couldn't see). An employee was kind enough to come out and get me along with another customer (who apparently had been there before and knew where to look. Not cool, guy). Service was quick and my bud tender (didn't catch her name) made a great recommendation for a bud that helped me get 6 hours of sleep. The quality of bud is great.
