An order was placed at 12:00 pm to your store. The confirmation and secondary text was sent to my phone changing my pick up time called the store before arriving only to be told the items would not be available.
Thus I would like a substitute for the items not ready for pick up.

He offered my 12 items to be switched to $$$ of the flower tiered items at an original price with a 20% discount. This offer was not given with respect, passion or kindness.
