Upon going in they do have a lot of LED displays with menu items. If you are like me and get overwhelmed by too many visuals, they do have paper and tablet menus. They had a huge variety of items from edible to flower. Pricing was also great as well. As a first time visitor check in took a moment to break down specials and how their loyalty program works. I appreciated that. I'll visit again as they took care of me. I like a spot with good customer service no matter what your level.

I think I was pretty clear as to what needs to change over there, and I'm not bribable. Change your practices and you'll stop getting reviews like mine. As you can see from the Google reviews (both before and after mine), I'm not the only one who's had issues. Your website still sucks, you still don't take debit cards, apparently your atm runs out of cash, and since my experience with you, I've learned that your budtenders tried to convince a friend not to quit when she TOLD them she was having major health issues from it. Since writing my first review, I went to Pure Life Wellness in Fed Hill. Great vibe, fabulous and simple specials, they take debit cards, they have a working website, they have a better range of products, and their budtenders are more knowledgeable and more chill. And no skimming of product/scale discrepancies. I definitely recommend it. I won't be returning to Maggie's (nor any Liberty establishment) unless major changes take place. First steps? 1. Improve the website. 2. Post on the website that you'll take something besides cash and that stupid Liberty Credit app. (hello! we're in baltimore. No one wants to carry that amount of cash. Your own workers can't get that app to work. Plus if my bank doesn't trust your app, then neither do I.) 3. Have specials that aren't linked to your Liberty payment app. 4. Get a good ole fashioned manual balance in there to double check weights in front of customers. Those things can be calibrated easily against a set of standard weights. So many people having an issue with product weights means you need to seriously gain back trust. Something's wrong. I understand Maggie's was great before Liberty took it over. I'm not here to hangout, I think I can speak for everyone when I say I'm here to pick up my stuff and leave. Just like when you go to the liquor store, I want to pick it up and go home. It's a "designer" dispo, that makes the lobby feel exclusive, so you don't mind waiting 40 min. There are legit 40 people on a shift not doing shit, fr counted about 24 people in the back. When you finally get back to make a purchase you have to look off an iPad, barely anything is displayed. THEN they can't even turn around to grab the product, they have to message someone upstairs to bring it down. The person upstairs packages the products very nicely, just for the sales person to unwrap it, show it to you, and then take 5 min to try and wrap it nicely again. This sales model is so dumb. I have also order ahead online, sat in the car for 37 min. Why would you come outside without the product and card reader. You tell them what spot your in from the link to your order, so why would you come out to the car empty handed ask who I am and take another 10 min to come out with the product and card reader. But mind blowingly people love this place. I say go to an uglier dispo, get in and get out.
