Parking could be better and the parking lot in front is a nightmare when it's busy so walk or park on nearby streets if possible. Everyone who works there is extremely knowledgeable and friendly as soon as you walked through the door, even the security guards. The type of care that each patient and medical patient receives is truly unmatched. The only time I have waited over 20 minutes to get serviced has been on holidays such as the day before Christmas or 420. But other than that, I just do a pick up order online, and I'm normally in and out within 15 minutes or less, the store is always clean and they always have a pretty good playlist rocking in the background as you wait, which is always a plus. I'd give 2.5.-- 3 stars for being one of the better dispensaries around. I have to remove one star for there updated lack of phone care/service. I don't think you can really call shots like that in this industry. You may think you can. But highly recommend you leave the phones open. Menu is easy to read so that's a plus. They had a happy hour for years and then cancelled it recently when they were able to add a pickup time to their online ordering system (they used to call and confirm the pickup time and the ORDER TOTAL). The first time I went, I was in the middle of dealing with an unexpected pet situation and was really unprepared when I arrived.
