Getting a replacement was difficult, and when I finally received it, it was also damaged. It is clear at this point that they were not intending to provide a functional replacement and treated me dismissively to get rid of me. When I called back to report this, expecting fair treatment, the owner, Saad, refused to honor the claim and simply dismissed me. Their customer service is unprofessional and dismissive, showing no regard for paying customers. That is simply unacceptable. I paid for a new product and was given a DAMAGED one twice. This is not how a business retains customers. Based on my experience, this company sells damaged goods deliberately, which is effectively THEFT. I will be reporting this shady business practice to the BBB, FTC, and the state attorney general. BUYERS BEWARE.

So I put their tank and unused coils back in the box and tried to get them to fix it and all they did was offer me 20% off a new tank!!!! After selling selling me a piece of garbage that ruined my mod, the owner refused to take any responsibility for his negligence and product defects and told me to just sue him and then laughed at me. These are very evil people. I NEVER take the time to write reviews but this was just such an egregious situation and blatant disregard for the rights of a customer that I felt absolutely compelled to warn others. if you buy something from them, it malfunction, and causes damage to you or your propert, you WILL be on your own!!! Some of the great vendors have come and gone, like the pretzel dog vendor which for a long time was the only reason I would visit Cross Street Market. I appreciate the seating made available in the areas near each food vendor. The space is utilized efficiently, from the storage of food in the freezers near the dining tables, to the small stages where artists perform. The market is a great pre-game destination and option to watch the game if you skip the stadium altogether. Keep in mind, on NFL game day this place gets packed, so arrive early. There is ample street parking in the vicinity, however, on game days finding parking in this neighborhood is a nightmare. Overall, a must visit when in the area.
