The best tobacco shop in Baltimore City if you ask me. Great prices and always have what I want and need in stock.

Yes, in 2017, six months after his constant effups, there's also a bobble head of said President on the counter. Makes my brown skin itch. The humidor is a little small, so not as much variety as larger shops. Interesting side note: Five older men sitting there smoking, didn't respond after I said hello to them, and after another customer walked in 5 minutes later, also brown who also said hello. They did get talkative again as we walked out, and we heard them talking loudly, so that was a little odd. Granted, this doesn't make or break a business. I mention it because it's odd these days, to find unfriendly cigar smokers, unless they're old cranky men who think they're an exclusive bunch because they place a compact, wrapped stick of leaves into their mouths, and light it on fire. Honestly, my experiences at most cigar spots is that smokers are eager to find fellow cigar lovers and some tend to bond over a shared vice. You don't have to talk forever, but there's usually a friendlier vibe. Gentleman at the register, while friendly and cool while ringing up the purchase but between learning that my money goes to a drumpf supprter, and the unfriendly locals, won't be going back.

I was right as I saw a cardboard cutout of Donald Trump in the store. Also, the employee there was talking down to me as if I didn't know a thing about cigars. It was obvious what was happening. But I do think the sauces and sides have been lackluster in the past. Not this time! I was pleasantly surprised to see about five or six different sauce options including an absolutely incredible "White Lightning" sauce. SO good! I remember in the past there being literally just BBQ, hot sauce, and mustard so it's nice to see there being more of a variety. The sides I tried including the beans and coleslaw were also delicious. I remember the coleslaw being good in the past but for whatever reason, this one just hit different. It was perfectly seasoned and went well with the brisket and white lightning sauce. Did they change the recipe or am I just losing my mind? I'm not sure but my stomach was definitely happy either way. My boyfriend also mentioned how the mac and cheese was much better than before and although I didn't try any myself, it even LOOKED better than previous versions. The cheesy sausage was delicious as usual, the brisket was moist and fell apart, and the wings were perfectly cooked and slathered in a delicious buffalo sauce. OH and the drinks? So good. If you like tiki-inspired stuff, you'll love their menu. Is there someone new back in the kitchen working some magic or did I just really miss coming here? I'm not sure but it was one of the best meals I've had here so far and I will definitely be returning!
