The second experience I had was when my husband rented a cherry picker. we were told it was going to be delivered to our house on a Saturday but it never came. we called the store to follow up and they told us that it would be delivered after the employee had dinner with his family, which wasn't an issue because we were planning on it the next day. Dinner came and went with no delivery. The next morning, we were hopeful the cherry picker would be delivered the following day. Unfortunately, it never came and we had to follow up. Luckily, they were very communicative and refunded our money.
