She listened carefully to my needs, gave me lots of time to review M&Z's entire inventory, answered my questions thoroughly and thoughtfully, provided suggestions about measuring, rug placement, and details to consider based on room traffic. I was able to take samples home to determine which rug sample was the best to complement my furniture. She followed up a few days later to answer any additional questions. She made the ordering and payment process so easy! And they delivered and placed the rug exactly to my specifications this morning. The cost of the rug was very reasonable as were the costs of the pad, delivery, and rug placement. I had expected to pay more, given a past purchase with another company. This is one of the BEST buying experiences I have ever had. I highly recommend M&Z Carpets and Flooring and Sue Brothers for any flooring needs. I will be a repeat customer for sure! Thank you M&Z and Sue.

He worked with us to help find the cheapest possible price. He went to flooring suppliers with us to help choose the best flooring and related supplies for our needs. He then charged us $1.50 per square foot for labor. Reflooring 550 sqft for our home cost us around $2,000 for labor and supplies. He and his partner were respectful to our home and asked questions along the way to ensure we received exactly the service that we needed. Our home looks amazing, he hit every little bit that we didn't even consider needed replaced to make it look as perfect as possible. After the wonderful service we received, I don't think I would use anyone else for flooring ever again. We highly recommend giving Alvaro a chance, you won't be disappointed!

The customer service was from the past, like the golden era of the 50's, when companies actually cared about their clients. I would have a hard time expressing in a few short paragraphs how AMAZING the customer service was. We LOVED the finished product and the polite, kind and knowledgeable individuals they sent to do the work. Extremely easy going, hardworking and well spoken gentlemen. We felt extremely comfortable with these people in our home and actually became very good friends with several of them. They did extensive remodeling for us. Two entire floors of vinyl and carpeting as well as two major bathroom remodels. The attention to detail and follow-up were seriously like customer service we had become NOT accustomed to in todays day and age. WE HIGHLY recommend this company. In fact, we have already referred several friends and family members. In a world of fly by night construction and flooring companies this one stands WELL ABOVE any of the others we have dealt with. Seriously we interviewed at least eight companies. Thank goodness we chose Alweins! Just fabulous!

The job site was kept immaculately clean throughout each work day with a final clean at the end of work day #5. With due care, we were able to use our kitchen and access the stairs to our 2nd floor while the work was being performed. The disgusting DIY flooring was demolished, the existing subfloor was screwed down virtually eliminating all of the existing floor squeaks, the installer relieved a hump in the middle of the kitchen, installed the Luan underlayment to the existing subfloor with literally thousands of staples, and sealed all joints with Ardex. The installer expertly trimmed underneath all wood moldings and kitchen cabinets so that the LVT could be installed underneath instead of just abutting the moldings and cabinets. There were 5 major areas that needed to be squared on the floor prior to laying out the tiles, cementing the underlayment, and installing the LVT. All 3 of the cased wall openings received identical reveals between the LVT and other flooring materials. New shoe moldings, cove base and transition strips were installed, and the entire job site was cleaned squeaky clean. This was the 3rd project done for us in our home by North Hills Flooring, and we will definitely use them once again during our next remodel. I had explained what I wanted a quote on (flooring) and had scheduled a day for a quote. I had reached out to NHF and explained that I would be out of town 4/12, but my realtor and mother would be present and know exactly what I wanted done. 4/20...I'm still waiting on a quote. I reached out to Susan who was very pleasant and stated she would call me back after speaking with Chip. Chip called me back within 5 minutes (called me Nathan, my name is Zachary) and was very rude on the phone, stating he was blind sided when her got to the property. He said he didn't know what to measure (why would you agree to do a quote without knowing what needed to be measured before hand?) even though my realtor, mother and Susan (sales clerk) knew exactly what I wanted. My realtor reported he wasn't very approachable. Come to find out he never measured and left, never informing me of this. Meanwhile, I'm sitting around waiting on a quote. I will never use NHF for anything. It sucks because Susan was great and they have great products. Chip needs to take a class on customer service etiquette. Go to Weckers, better customer service!
