My mother called the office and they confirmed the appointment time and said they would call the decorator. At 12:28 pm the decorator called to say she would be an additional 25 minutes late. My mom told her not to bother because she was already late for the appointment. Then my mother called the office and they told her, "Well sometimes appointments run late ", then they said that they didn't have anyone available today, and my mother said no don't bother because she will get her new curtains elsewhere, this is not acceptable. We will never call them for an appointment or recommend them to anyone!
