Dave made the process of upgrading my phone as painless as possible. I told him I only had about an hour before I had to be somewhere, and he had me all set with a new phone, phone case, screen protector, and wireless charger in exactly an hour- for only $150. Although he was helping another customer in the store at the exact same time, he was focused, professional, and clearly knowledge about the products. I will absolutely return to this location for any of my cellular needs. And I couldn't be happier with my new phone!

I was on the phone for like an hour and this guy just sat there and refused to help me. the worst part... I didn't get the phone my husband wanted and the rep on the phone did not add insurance and now his phone is broken and we have to pay out of pocket for a new phone. All because of a rude rep that made what should have been an easy transaction hellish. AVOID this store at all cost.
