She was so excited about the help she received. We asked John numerous questions related to mobile phones, both my smartphone and my husband's flip phone. He gave us a few tips that helped our phones work better. John was wonderful, so honest and knowledgeable. We highly recommend him and his business for smartphone, tablet, and other electronic repairs. Next visit for us includes a tablet repair and maybe a GPS...or two!

CONSUMERS BEWARE I would avoid dealing with this Verizon…read morelocation. Their sales tactics are less than professional and I dealt with Jordan Hess, the owner. I am a Verizon customer with three phones on our plan and I went into this location to see if I could get a simple phone with just a limited amount of minutes on for our current caregiver to use in case of emergency. There was a new employee working and she didn't know what to suggest. The owner jumped in to offer a phone that was about $140+ and indicated this phone could just use some of the minutes on our plan. I indicated I did not want to pay that much and had thought about just getting a basic phone I could add minutes to as needed, which I thought could be purchased at Radio Shack or other locations. The owner said he may have a phone to offer me for about $30. It was made perfectly clear that I may not need this longer-term. Three months later when we call Verizon to have the phone removed from our plan, as we are now paying $38 a month to have it on the plan and it is no longer used, we were informed that I was put on a two year contract. I could have either purchased the phone for the $140 or so, or taken the two year plan and I was put in the two year plan!! Neither of these did I want. I went into the store to talk to Jordan Hess, the owner, and he was not in and was told he was very busy opening up other locations. I asked that he call me so I could discuss this. Three weeks went by and I received no call. I called the store and was told they would definitely have him call. A few days later my husband stopped in the store and the employee told him there was nothing that could be done because we agreed to the two year plan. I signed the paper in the store after Jordan seemed to find the inexpensive phone that would work for me. In fact he likely took the same phone that was $140+ without a two year plan and he gave me the other alternative of about $30 with a two year plan. This was quite a manipulative and misleading sales tactic. If you want honest service I would suggest finding another store that is not owned by Jordan Hess.

I'd already had a not-so-great experience with another repair shop in town. The short version is the staff was very professional, and I had my laptop back within 24 hours of drop off. I thought I needed a new cooling fan, but the technician discovered a small piece of plastic lodged in the existing fan. Once that was removed, my fan worked fine. I cannot say enough good about this place; I'm surprised there aren't more reviews. Perhaps those who know want to keep it a secret. All I know is it was refreshing to experience excellent customer service!
