Not only that but MY service on MY phone was cut off as a result. So he returns to the store YET again to have them fix it. I call from another phone while my husband is there and ask what is going on. The guy said it was an "honest mistake". I asked how my phone was supposed to work. He's says he's sending a SIM card home with my husband. We dealt with the sim car issue the previous night on the phone. There was nothing wrong with the SIM card in my phone yet mine needed to be replaced. As my husband told them when he was there "this is supposed to be easy!" I have never had more problems or experienced more incompetency as I did from AT&T and this store as I did in the last few days.

Do have a clue, but not as much as they think they do or they would do their own repairs and mods, and/or know the difficulties and just get on with it. C. You have to know that when the warranty runs out, you're on your own- period. If there is no written warranty, mostly things used, you're on your own when you leave the business. Weeks or months later? Get out your wallet. Remember: YOU may know you are honest(Or may actually be wrong? Amazing as it sounds.), but they have no idea. The associate agreed to have it looked at ASAP and I was called back an hour later with news that the unit had been cleaned and "repaired." I get it home and plug it in. Same problem, and it only took nine weeks for it not to be repaired. Avoid the Turntable Store repair services completely.
