My dress did not fit the day of my friends wedding despite making all of the appointments, it was sliding off without safety pins. 9 years later, I still feel the way we were treated was unacceptable. We were yelled at in front of a packed room of customers. There was nothing about it that was polite or professional, I felt like I was being scolded for trying to go up the steps when there wasn't even a sign or any indication that we weren't allowed to. We were a pretty easy going group of girls, and it doesn't take much to impress us... just be kind. I hope things have changed, but regardless my experience was what it was.
