The selection is fantastic and everything is so organized. You are warmly welcomed when you enter the store and the sales people are so pleasant and helpful when you have questions regarding fashion. The value is second to none for high end brands and much of the merchandise is brand new with tags still on! All that talk they could have just scheduled & never a thank you for my business. The way I was treated, If I wasn't white, I'd assume they were racist. I guess I don't look the way they want me to look? I heard them schedule an appointment while I was in the store with someone with a typical time frame. Don't waste your time unless maybe they already know you I guess. Maybe why their selection is so sad. I was persuaded into purchasing a pair and told they'll see us in 3 months when my baby outgrows the shoe. That was very bold. I won't be coming back. It was so bad. Our sales guy Tyler was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and after some discussion brought out some shoes for me to try. His advice was spot on for both shoes (brooks & hoka) and if my budget would have allowed it I'd have bought both. I decided on the brooks and wore them out. Tyler even honored a picture of a coupon I had taken from the clipper. For all my future shoe needs this will be my go to.
