History

Established in 1994.

T-Mobile changed wireless for our customers. Un-carrier made us who we are and it has become synonymous with 100% customer commitment. We set out to change the game, and the results speak for themselves. When VoiceStream Wireless was purchased by Deutsche Telekom and became T-Mobile USA, we were just like the other guys. We knew in order to stand out, we'd have to make a big impact. Enter the Un-carrier and the beginning of the end of the wireless industry as you knew it. We do it for the customer. The Un-carrier's momentum has become a consumer revolution that sets T-Mobile completely apart from the competition--with business results to match. T-Mobile¬¨'ĆONE abolished data limits forever. We simplified pricing and introduced a single plan that includes unlimited data, talk, and text. We set out to relieve our customers' pain points and ended up creating a wireless revolution. Join us and be part of the Un-carrier movement.

After close to 45 minutes I finally asked for a new cover. He asked what kind of phone it was and I said I wasn't sure. I then realized he didn't know (or want to know) what kind it was. He was clearly uninterested. I looked all through out the phone and couldn't find it. He returned to helping the other people. Finally he helped find the model and discovered they didn't have a screen cover I needed. He told me to look at another store. He didn't apologize for anything.

The manager was so unprofessional with us we bought 4 iPhones the same day with a another manager and the manager of the Verizon store Chris was very rude and did not help us at all. I'd advise everyone not to go with Verizon, We paid over 1,500$ for a Bogo promo and now owe full prices on phones and nobody can tell us where our $ went. SCAM. SCAM, SCAM!!

I'm let down by T-Mobile's management for their failure to properly train their staff about how to handle warranty exchanges, resulting in me having to go to the store three times because of wrongful rejections. Over 3 hours of my time was wasted because of unprepared staff and system failures. Additionally, in spite of their errors, I was still charged $5 for exchanging the phone. This ordeal has led me to advise against T-Mobile's phone insurance and to recommend Apple Care as a more dependable option. read more

I'm disappointed with T-Mobile's management for not adequately training their staff on warranty exchanges, leading me to visit the store three times due to incorrect denials. My time was wasted due to unprepared representatives and system outages, totaling over 3 hours. Furthermore, despite their mistakes, I was charged $5 for the phone exchange. This experience has convinced me not to recommend T-Mobile phone insurance and to suggest considering Apple Care instead, which has proven more reliable. read more
