She never went over the return policy, the additional cost of insurance, etc. When I tried to return the phone and accessories today (since I don't need accessories for a phone that I'm not keeping), they would only give me $165 out of the $280 back. They told me that I couldn't return the accessories and I had to pay a restocking fee on the phone. All of this because their employee sold me a phone that she never should have sold me in the first place because she wanted her commission (it is all she talked about). In addition, my old phone was on the old network and they can't put me back on it so I now have no cell phone at all. I will give a shout-out to Hugo though who was working today. He tried to make it right, but the manager of the store wouldn't let him.

I cannot complain…read moreabout the cell service, but our "brand new" phones were constantly having issues which no online tech, or in store (extremely unprofessional and seemingly unknowledgeable representative) could ever assist us with. We even paid an extra fee per month for insurance which was not even through Boost, and never seemed to be able to offer any help whatsoever. They wanted a deductible based on the original cost of your phone, anywhere from $50 to $300 just to review your case, and could never give me an answer as to how long I would have to go without a phone, which is extremely unacceptable when attempting to secure a job, or simply have a phone you're paying a bill for that you cannot use. I highly recommend checking out Sprint (which is very affordable, and the employees are extremely friendly, super knowledgeable, and more than willing to assist you) Verizon, or AT&T before giving Boost your money. Sorry Boost, you just aren't on your game, I suggest all of your employees get on the same page, and work on your professionalism.

We used to see Stacey Zechman; he was extremely helpful and It was good to see a familiar face. I think he had groupies, and I was one of them. Quite awhile ago he disappeared, whether he retired or moved on to better opportunities I don't know. Anyway in '25 tihngs went kind of downhill. No Stacey and none of the other familiar faces. Let's see...I uppgraded my iPhone 6 to a 12 pro max, then the 12 to a 16. On one of these upgrades Abdull said I would get a credit of $xxx (a high amount) but I had nothing in writing, I went back to get written verification of the trade in amount and Ishmael (I think) said "how does $yyy (higher) sound?" He gave me a printout and circled that number on it; I didn't look at the fine print till later, when I noticed that the trade in value could be "UP TO $yyy". Oops. I think Abdull and Ishmael have moved on. My year-old 16 pro max wouldn't take a charge, and i visited the ATT store to see if they could replace the battery, no, but DeQuan found the problem so I traded the 16 in on a new 17 pro max. Technical issue with the new 17pm; I fussed around with it for hours and called Apple; no help. I. went into the store; Bryan fixed it in three seconds. Then he showed me what he had done in case the problem reappeared (which it did). OK, so on my recent visits: DeQuan fixed or told ne how to deal with a few minor issues, Mai (I think) helped me with something, and now I have confidence in Bryan, DeQuan, and Mai. five stars all around!

This verizon store is an absolute disgrace! The January…read more25th snowstorm left huge piles of snow everywhere, half plowed traffic lanes, snow and ice masking defined parking lines. There were NO parking spots open at the hotel, steak house or anywhere on the street. I parked at 7:30pm, in -11* windchill to ran across to pick up from the steakhouse..... 4 MONTHS LATER I get a summons for traffic court for trespassing! WTF? What a Petty, absurd frivolous way to make enemies in Hanover..... the parking lot was virtually empty, the wind chill was eleven degrees below zero, there were giant piles of snow everywhere. This store was CLOSED. I was NOT blocking or interfering in their business at all.....cheap shot from a petty little business. I expected better.....
