One clerk, Russ, stood behind the counter fielding requests and orders with a comforting reassurance. The store had 8 ppl in it when I walked in and my heart sank ... gonna be here for awhile, I guess. It didn't take as long as I expected, I handed over the phone, the door opened, another 9 ppl walked in the store and it was now hot and stuffy in the store but Russ never stopped smiling, never stopped working and when I returned from lunch at Subway, my phone was fully transferred, my receipt and old phone, all boxes and wires were in a bag set aside for me. Russ insisted I check the phone, while 6 more people walked in the store. Phone looking good, Russ' service even better but please get that lonely, competent clerk some help! And let's talk about tipping ... Tipping is nice. If you feel you received value and good service, please think about leaving a dollar and some change in the tip jar. Those few extra dollars can mean gas in the car, milk for the children or even just making clerk's life easier. After some online research (none of the tips fixed it) and consulting my Local At&T store, my screen needed to be replaced unfortunately. This spot was a Yelp find. A small store with accessories (covers, chargers mostly) & some refurbished phones for sale-but it's all about the repairs. I was quoted $129 to replace my iPhone screen. 30-40 minutes for the work. I opted to leave. When I returned my phone was not ready as the Technician noticed my battery was swollen and recommended replacing it. "No thanks as I'm not going to keep this phone much longer." I looked at their price list and noticed there was a budget screen for $95. Ok I'll go with that one instead. Would have been good to mention this in the beginning. Also a 10% discount is available with Yelp check in-didn't see this til after. Service was good and engaging overall with some good information about the repair, etc. My phone is back to pre Light Saber state. Only recommendation would be to give all of the options upfront. They provide a 90 day warranty. Would I recommend Swift Mobile-Yes
