I Would be hard pressed to think of something that I would enjoy less than furniture shopping..... Ok... maybe clothes shopping with a group of teenagers, but I digress. After countless hours online and several furniture store I decided to pop into the Big Screen Store. Honestly, I didn't even know they sold furniture. I am so glad I stopped in. Jason Brager explained all the ins and outs of home theatre furniture and the different options of fabric and leather and how then can fit together if needed. Even with all the complications of COVID, they still managed to get the furniture to my house with only the slightest of delay. They are nothing short of awesome and the seats make viewing my favorite flicks much more enjoyable. When you get them, get the iPad mount, you won't regret it. We needed a TV hutch pretty quickly as we had just moved to a new residence. We went to The Big Screen Store in Westminster, MD. Salesperson, Alan Hinkle, greeted us, asked about our needs and helped us select the quality hutch we wanted. The hutch was not immediately available due to its need to be manufactured and delivered. However, over the course of the couple of weeks, Alan did everything possible to expedite its and manufacture and delivery and kept us apprised of its status quite frequently. It was a rewarding experience dealing with Scott and Chris. We may have been able to save a few dollars by dealing elsewhere, but it was worth it in return for the prompt and personal attention we received from Scott during our initial visits and the the promises by Scott and Chris for quick support. I stopped in the store and Alan was very helpful with every question I had. I left the store and communicated via email with him for some more questions and placed an order Friday evening at 6pm. The buying process was simple (also cheaper than anywhere else) and the TV was delivered Saturday at 9am, way faster than any box store. Went in looking to compare Samsung to Sony. Was professionally informed Samsung makes TV processors for Sony! Noticed that the TV next to the one I was looking for, there was no glare from the side and had a darker, more crisp picture (of course) lol. Was informed why, and bought the better one...
