Great customer service carried over from last location. That's it. The in store items are 80% less than previously. Some aisles are bare. Literally can barely get anything here due to super low inventory. I don't know what else to say. I'm highly dissapointed.

I called the shop earlier in the day and spoke to Phil, he gave me a great initial impression, very friendly and told me they're on the 2nd floor of the quadrant and can be a bit difficult to find. He also advised a flood had occurred, they're still open and operational, but if the hallways look weird, don't be alarmed. Lol I highly recommend doing a quick Google search on the map to see the general idea of where to go. Once parked at the double tree, simply walk to the left of the building, you'll see a sign for events meeting place and a sign for a radio station, go past the station for the 2nd door and you'll find a set of stairs. Once you go up the stairs, walk down the hall and it should be the first door on the right. Suite #215 The reason for my visit was to get a second opinion on my uncle's stamps. I received them about 20 years ago and they'd been sitting in bags in storage ever since. Trying to navigate eBay with coins or stamps is a whole nother ballpark and figured I should go to the best! As expected, the collection isn't really worth more than $25 for about the 2700 ish cancelled stamps. But it was nice to have Phil recognize that I was the one that called, treat the album well, and give me an honest answer. While I was at the shop, I believe his son, Victor walked in and apologized in regards to the album being of low value. We also had a great conversation on other collectibles, such as Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh, Magic, Sports cards, video games and the like. I've been searching for ages for a shop or at least someone willing to allow me to bring in the 3-4 monster boxes of sports cards I have. I got a firm "bring them in, we'll take a look". Today's venture wasn't just about getting an appraisal for my stamps, it was more about, where can I go for future guidance with collectibles. Compared to my recent visit with Maryland Stamps and Coins (Bethesda), Geezer's Tweezers is absolutely what I was looking for. Last Saturday, we visited the largest, permanent, model railroad display in the mid-Atlantic, owned…read moreby the Baltimore Society for Model Engineers. The Society was founded in March 1932 and is the oldest exclusively model railroad club in the United States. They maintain 2,500 square feet of model railroad displays of steam and diesel freight and passenger trains and trolleys, plus so much more. It was fun to see all the parts of the display - it really gives you a glimpse into the history of railroading. It is not easy to find, as the doorway is tucked into the left front center of the building and the society is located on the third floor with no elevator. The display is normally open on the second Sunday of each month, except May.

When I called earlier a young lady answered the phone and had the most sarcastic response to my question, but it was early and I hadn't had my first cup of coffee so I said thank you and got off the phone. When I went to pick up my item she asked for my name and right away I detected the same voice as on the phone earlier. I said my last name out of habit and the girl in her twenty's says..."The name your mother gave you!" Now I'm in my 40's with salt and pepper and to to be addressed in such a way has already got my last nerve... I said is there a manager here? When she responded that she was the manager I could not believe my ears. Well, I didn't have the credit card I purchased the item with, but I had the confirmation from my purchase, the shipping confirmation, and the tracking information...not to mention 4 forms of I.D. She told me I needed to come back when I had it. The most disrespectful child I have ever had to deal with in a professional establishment. Never again!!!
