I could not get not one person to assist me with my purchase. Not one. It was like no one was trying to sell anything. When I arrived, one guy was talking to a customer, but then he disappeared. A lady walks by I ask if she could assist me. "No. I work here but I don't do sales. I'll call someone to come assist you." She did but no one showed up. I ask the guy who's by the door. I don't know what his function is but he's definitely rude. and full of self-importance. I asked if he could get someone to assist me, I wanted a tv. I had already picked out two online before I came and wanted to make the final selection in the store because I had questions. He said go over there under that sign and someone will help you or just grab a tv off the shelf. I didn't want to just grab a tv, I wanted assistance. I was in the store because I needed help, not because I worked there. Not to mention, I had already been under the sign for almost 1/2 hour. I had questions. I ended up going to my car and placing an order online. It took about 5 mins to get the tv, but I didn't get to ask questions or ensure that I would be happy with the selection. I got absolutely no customer service, and they all seemed like they didn't care about customers or what's going on in a store. You'd think if they see someone for looking around in the same area for 1/2 hour not purchasing, someone might say "May I help you." That never happened. I don't know what the problem is with the employees at this location and I will never, ever consider spending a dime at this particular Best Buy. This store couldn't care less about customers or whether or not they make a sale. As for the TV, I will most likely return it over the weekend. When I think back on my visit to this location. All I want is my money back. I can spend it some place where employees still practice customer service.

You are better off having the new order delivered and then doing the migration and return yourself. I got a hard time from, Anthony; Store Tech. Supervisor, about not being able to get my trade-in value without either... -- leaving my old computer there for the transfer (for at least 2 days) or -- voiding the purchase in full, and re-purchasing w/out the trade-in deal This is a store policy to, according to them, protect from theft. This makes no sense, because you aren't even able to get the trade-in credit until the older computer model is delivered and logged in as a physical return, no? Also, if I had chosen to have the new computer delivered instead, this wouldn't have voided the trade-in deal. I'D LITERALLY BE IN POSSESSION OF BOTH COMPUTERS...so, isn't this what they claimed would put best buy at risk? On top of everything else, my older computer was knocked down to poor condition for the trade because of a minor chip at the edge of the screen. Like, really? This was per Anthony's appraisal, and after a good 40 minutes of his consistent mansplaining. No exaggeration here. I did not have this issue what-so-ever when I did this same thing a couple of years ago in Los Angeles County, CA. This is total paranoia on the stores part. If you can purchase elsewhere, then I highly suggest doing so.

    Responded to T-mobile to resolve their mistake by not closing my account properly, leaving one line…read moreon. I was greeted by "ART" (Arthur Clark ) and he pretended to want to rectify the issue. He did half of his job, and should have called their internal office to communicate the problem, but as he observed other possible customers coming in the store, rushed my service and pretended that he had done something. He gave me my account # ( which I already had) , created a temporary pin so he could access my account, printed up old bills (as a parting gift) and gave me a phone number to call so that "the office" so they could complete the bill adjustment process. I tried to be patient with "ART" during our interaction, and came away with that he either does not know his job, or since he wasn't making a commission on me , he was rushing me out of the store without helping me. I went home and called T-mobile at the number that he gave me, and found that it was the main customer service number ! I was advised to go back to the store so that "ART" or someone could open the account and call them. I did not go back to this location as "ART" would not have become any more competent in his job position in two days. I have been with T Mobile for many decades, and do not recommend them due to their poor customer service training and their inability to service their customers. My advise find another cellular carrier.

    I shopped at this location for years, and it used to be fine, but went downhill in last six months…read more In my most recent experience, the staff pressured me to spend more money for a "better" phone, which I did. when it wasn't working, I brought it in, and left it there a few days, and they said it was fixed. I took it home, it didn't work properly. Brought it back, and they said it must just have a bad battery and they switched the battery and told me to charge it and try it again. When it still didn't work, I returned to the store, and they said - oops, your time is up, no longer under warranty. And this was for the more expensive phone. They wanted me to buy a new phone by them again - no discount or anything for the crap they sold me. And although the worker in the store admitted that I had come back multiple times and they kept sending me home with a supposedly fixed phone, the owner insisted it was my fault for waiting until the warranty expired (which I had not). I had other small incidents prior to this, but I just lost all that money on a new phone that never worked properly. Now I have to buy a new phone - you can be sure it won't be there. Their customer service is lousy, their workers literally were googling how to fix my phone in front of me, and then the owner saw and said I should leave the phone for a few days and it will get fixed. Ha. If you want a working phone and a store that cares about you as a customer, do not shop here.

    This began a few months ago when I purchased a pair of wireless earbuds. They were very poor…read morequality, so I returned a few days later asking for a refund. I kept the receipt which detailed I should be entitled to a full refund. The store clerk who assisted me at that time said I would not be able to get a refund since they can't resell earbuds. That is not my problem since they sold me a bad product in the first place. They said they would contact management about this but he was out the office for an extended lunch so I would need to wait hours before getting a reply. I left a 2-star review on Google expressing my disappointment. I returned the day after and was given half of what I spent on the earbuds as store credit. I accepted this but was still unsatisfied since according to the info printed on the receipt and on their corporate's website, I should have been entitled the full cash refund. Today, I returned looking to purchase a charger. I never had a problem with a charger I purchased from them before, so this was something I trusted them on. The problem is that the same store clerk from before was manning the counter again today and they refused me service until I took down my previous 2-star review.
