I don't blame them for shutting down but the problem is that not all locations were shut down but the higher-ups at Gamestop had completely bungled my pre-order. When they first shut down I attempted to call the customer support to find out what would happen to my preorder but their wait time was ridiculously long, I spent 8 hrs across three days on hold waiting to speak with someone. I also tried emailing but never got a response and they did not provide an option to leave a call back number so I had to spend the entire time with them on speaker while I waited. Once I finally spoke to someone they said they could not transfer my order to pick up at another store or just have it mailed to me and I was pretty much SOL until the Security location opens, whenever that will be. 2 days later I finally get a separate email from Gamestop addressing peoples pre-orders and essentially because I didn't finish making payments on my preorder then I might, extra emphasis on "might", receive another email from Gamestop with the option to receive the money I deposited in the form of a Gift Card and I can just order the product form their website. The problem with that is 1. At the time of writing this, its been 5 days and I still have not received that email and I have no idea if I will because again they said maybe I will get it and maybe I won't, and 2. even if I did get the gift card, the collector's edition is not available for online order. They also mention that I can try waiting until the Security location re-opens to get my pre-order but they cannot guarantee the collector's edition will be available.

They reliably called with updates and thanked us for our patience. Great communication regarding what they found to be wrong and what they would be replacing to fix the problem, with time estimates as best they could :) I will definitely be a return customer with any other electronics in need of repair. So overall not good value. But I can say they atleast take the amount of time they say they will and give updates so good customer service. Final verdict good customer service lack luster overall job.
