WHAT AN AWESOME PLACE! We originally went in looking for…read morePandora charms. They felt so bad for us because they haven't sold Pandora for over 7 years. They have tried to have it removed from Goggle with no luck. They asked us for our diamonds and they cleaned them!!! Free! My diamond earrings were loose in their settings and tightened them for free!!! Very friendly staff, clean pretty store, awesome jewelry! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

My husband and I moved to the area not long ago. We've been looking for a jewelry store to have…read morethe same type of relationship that we had with the local jewelry store where we used to live. Scott & Co was hosting an open house gathering that gave us the chance to go in and meet the staff and see the shop. My husband collects gems and would take them to the other shop to have them set. This could result in a couple hundred dollars after the setting and service. We like when all repairs are done in house (which Scott's also does). Brock was super helpful and tried to go above to help us. The prices to have 2 items repaired was very reasonable. We were not however impressed at all with their gemologist. She was very stand offish, and unwilling to see the relationship that we were trying to build with the company as a whole. The other store we used, he could go in and the gemologist was willing to look at the stone(s) and quickly check them to advise if they were worth putting into a setting or not. She was able to give a ballpark on value before setting. Nothing was in writing or official but it gave us data needed to proceed or not. This relationship gave the store the business of setting our stones and then if needed, we'd pay for the official appraisal. This relationship lasted over 10+ years. What really was irritating was the receipt stated $45 for the appraisal, mapping, etc. this gemologist said that the price didn't include the appraisal because that's $100. The $45 only included mapping. First, it seems they need to amend their invoices to properly show the service because when I see appraisal, mapping the comma indicates it's both. He tried to explain the relationship we had with this other jewelry store and she wanted no part of it. They have the right to conduct business how they want. I get that, but she came across as "I won't do this" or "I won't do that". She never consulted with a manager or the owner to see if this could be something as a company they would do. I'm not so much faulting the decision as much as how snooty she was about it.

Have bought several lovely pieces of fine jewelry at this Littman's over the last 30+ years and…read morehave always left the store happy and satisfied with my purchase. Last week, however, I bought my last piece of jewelry from this Littman's....actually any Littman's. Found a lovely diamond, bought it, a little over $6k, and sales clerk Angela proceeded to tell us about the warranty on the stones, then says and you really must buy the metal protection package for another $300+ which covers metal maintenance and repairs, yearly dipping, resizing etc. Because we move around for work, and prefer to buy maintenance/repairs as we want or need them, we said no thanks to the package. Then when I asked to have the ring sized to fit (every ring in their store is size 7) my size 6 1/2 finger, was told I had to pay for the sizing because I didn't buy the metal package. She actually looked at me and said "you should have bought the package" She then said, after I complained, that she'd talk to her manager and see what she could do, and then she gave me a 10% discount coupon for jewelry repairs. I returned today to pick up my ring, paid the fee, gave the clerk back the coupon unused, telling her it isn't about the money, but it's the complete lack of customer care. I get it if it was a ring I already owned and wanted resized, but I just spent over $6k buying this ring and they are going to send me out of the store without it fitting my hand because I chose to not buy their protection package?!?!? Need I say that I will never buy another thing in their store, there are too many other nice Jewelers willing to sell me whatever I'd like AND fit it to my hand. Shame on you Littman's, you used to be a great company/store.
