The front clerk, as I walked past did not acknowledge. I walked towards the back looking at the suits. The second clerk did not acknowledge. Hmmm...ok. So I continued to search and about 8-10 mins in, the female came over. Not very inviting but doable. When I told her what I was looking for, her response was, nope can't do that and walked away. Now, I've been in the customer service industry most of my entire life. One thing I've learned, if you can't satisfy what the customer is looking for, maybe offer some alternatives that might solve the issue. If a customer is willing to spend $400 on a suit and $179 on a pair of slacks, you might want to be a little more attentive and engaging. So Men's Warehouse...this is now the second time I've had this experience, in this location, Westminster Md. I've had it with this place. I am not interested in speaking to someone from customer service, I'm not interested in anything. The associates need to be more attentive to the customers. Straighten it out!

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with Becker's Appliances. The technician who came out…read moreto look at my washer was nice, but the actual service was unacceptable. I paid $147 just for the service visit, and after looking at the washer, I was told he thought the problem was the shift actuator. For someone I hired as a professional, I expected an actual diagnosis not a guess. Even worse, the technician did not leave everything the way he found it. The drip line for my dehumidifier had been removed from the drain pipe, which resulted in water spilling everywhere. That is completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. Then I was quoted approximately $480 for the repair. My washer is only around $699 brand new at Lowe's. So I'm supposed to spend nearly $500 repairing an older washer based on a diagnosis that was essentially "I think this is the problem"? At that point, what is the justification for repairing it when a brand-new machine is only a couple hundred dollars more? For the amount I paid just to have someone come out, I expected a proper diagnosis, competent service, and for my home to be left in the condition it was found. I received none of that. Very disappointed. I would not recommend Becker's Appliances for appliance repair.
