They sit around waiting for the carts to come out to stock up the shelves then they rush out like vultures to cherry pick the best items they spot. God forbid you get close to the carts, they'll push you away rudely no apologies. The store managers must be getting some kick backs from these resellers because they do nothing to stop the practice. I used to donate tones of stuff to goodwill but I have lost faith in them as a good organization. The 5 pillows and loveseat were all marked $59.79 and each tag was numbered 1 of 6, 2 of 6, 3 of 6, 4 of 6, 5 of 6, 6 of 6. When I came to pick them up, there were only two pillows. 3 were missing. The donation girl stated, " the three other pillows did not go with the loveseat." I reminded them all 6 items were tagged and numbered 1-6 as a set. I was a bit miffed and demanded to know where my other items to the set was. That poor excuse of a manager is useless and incompetent and the girl at the donation door was the same. This is not the first time I had to deal with him. He needs to be replaced. Looks like I'll be shopping at another goodwill, because I've had my fill of being ripped off when picking up items and finding out some items are missing and he had the audacity to accuse me off take the three pillows with me when I left. They need to check their freaking cameras on that, because it didn't happen. Checking their cameras will show some other idiot took them.
