I asked the person who was working that area a few question on which one would be the best to plant and she very vague and stand offish. It's felt like I was bothering her. If she didn't have any information on the questions I asked she could have pointed me to the right person. A month later I had tried to return the one tree I had bought and thought that I would be able to exchange or at least get store credit. I followed all the steps that is on the website about returning a product. The person at the Customer service return counter made me feel it was my fault that the tree was not doing well after I planted it. She said and I quote "We can not help every person who comes in here". Isn't that part of running a good business? The day I was there was not a busy day.

There are many farms around Baltimore / Maryland that are now making these amusement park like…read moreconversion for the fall season. Overall they seem to have a good quality and quantity of activities for kids. Some might whine that this is more amusement park then fun but I think that there are a lot of nice creative touches to keep kids of all ages entertained, especially kids from the city or the suburbs who have not spent much time in nature. Don't get me wrong, this is still very much a controlled environment and everything is as sanitized as it can be while trying to maintain a farm environment. There are plenty of hand sanitizers and wash stations so you can still maintain a very civilized cleanliness. I don't know if it's because we're early in the season but all the equipment and facilities and cleaning supplies are all in good shape and it's stocked very well. Overall a very nice classy farm playground for the kids. Maybe one of the best I have seen but I need to visit more farms for that statement to be more accurate.

I'd give this place a solid 4 stars. My kids loved this place. It's a full day activity with…read moremultiple slides, swing sets, playgrounds, along with a zipline which the kids absolutely loved. There is a limited food menu but it's perfect for the kids. We also all enjoyed the massive corn maze and were proud that we made it out in less than 30 minutes. Though our kids complained for about 28 minutes of our time inside! I'm docking a star based off the weird service at the store towards the end of our time there. My kids were inside enjoying their final minutes. I ran ahead to get a few gourds and a mini bail of hay. It was such a great store. But the weirdness came when I tried taking the gourds and hay back out to my car. I asked if I could use the basket since it was difficult to juggle all of it. But the one adult of the cashiers immediately jumped up and said that I was not permitted. And that I would need to drive my car up to get the items. We had a great parking spot that I didn't want to lose. I promised I had no desire to take the basket and would return it within minutes. But they refused and said there was no way I could use it. It was so so strange. I ended up making it work. I could understand if it was a bunch of high school kids just sticking to the rules, but it was weird they wouldn't let me take the basket for a few minutes. Who knows, maybe people have stolen the baskets before? So I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. But it was really off putting. Anyway, overall it was a fun time. Just don't take a basket to your car!
