Mint malt balls with a few ultimate balls
    Catherine C.

A sweet chocolate shop located in the Historic Savage Mill shopping center. Informative owner that also runs the cafe across from it. Great displays of their chocolate and fudge as soon as you step in. They had a lot of delicious chocolates I've never seen before such as soft pretzels dipped in all sorts of chocolate, cinnamon balls (infused with Fireball whisky) and even things with Old Bay and Ghost pepper! My absolute favorite that I stocked up on was the MINT MALT BALLS. They were super pretty in color, tastes just like mint ice cream and left a cooling after taste in your mouth. The owner was kind enough to ask if these bags would be a gift, so he wrapped them up really nicely for me in clear plastic and tied with a ribbon :)

Hey friends! This is place is five minutes from my house and this is only my second time dining…read morehere. It's such a hidden gem. I was craving a good waffle so we stopped by. This restaurant is known for their waffles, obviously lol. Their menu features over 15 different waffle flavors. I ordered the cinnamon sugar waffle and my friend ordered the bacon egg and cheese waffle. I enjoyed my waffle. It was fluffy and not overly sweet. My only distaste was that some melted butter would complete the palette. My friend did not enjoy his order. He said that the waffle became soggy from the cheese and the grease from the bacon. He said that a corn waffle would be a better suit for the sandwich. -Customer service was friendly. -Free parking in front. -Reasonable prices. -No indoor seating. Take out only. I'll be back to try their other waffle flavors. Hope you enjoy!

Ordered the strawberry, banana and Nutella waffles and also strawberry, banana and biscoff. Both were very delicious. The waffle is a bit doughier than the traditional Belgian waffle cousin but it had a really nice crunch on the edges. I'm a huge fan of texture so this was right up my alley. The portions for one order is a lot- so you get your moneys worth! There is no indoor seating here so your order will be to go... eaten at home or in the car (like us).

But at my most recent visit I finally tried the smashburger and it honestly stole the show with its perfectly crispy edges, juicy center, and bold flavor that I'd easily come back for again. I've also tried so many of their drinks at this point and genuinely loved all of them (the photos only show a few of what I've had). Overall between the quality of the food, the friendly and efficient service, and the clean, aesthetically pleasing vibe, it's such a solid spot that I'd rate it a 4.5/5 and will definitely keep coming back.

The craft brew lineup was excellent with plenty of variety, and we were pleasantly surprised by how strong the bourbon selection was as well. Whether you're into local craft beer, seasonal pours, or whiskey, there's definitely something here worth trying. The food menu was also much better than expected for a brewery. The rad pies absolutely live up to the hype and were one of the highlights of the visit. Great flavor, cooked perfectly, and paired really well with the drinks. Overall, the food selection felt thoughtful and elevated compared to the typical brewery menu. The one major disappointment was the cream of crab soup. Unfortunately, it had a very thick oatmeal-like consistency and an off taste that made it difficult to enjoy. We were pretty disappointed by that dish, especially considering how good everything else was. That said, the pizza and drinks easily saved the experience. The atmosphere was fun and relaxed, and it's definitely a place we'd come back to for the beer, bourbon, and food menu -- we'd just skip the soup next time.
